The Cancer Research UK Race For Life event took place at Alyn Waters Country Park in Llay on Sunday morning. Brightly Software adds cloud-based module to TheWorxHub to support hospital teams

US-based software Brightly Software has added a new cloud-based module to its TheWorxHub platform to simplify compliance management for hospital facilities teams. The Compliance Pro module aims to centralise and digitise compliance-related activities, directly linking them to computer maintenance management system (CMMS) work orders. It is designed to help hospitals meet strict regulatory compliance standards, which usually require coordination across multiple systems. By consolidating compliance tasks within their CMMS, facilities teams can reduce the risk of non-compliance and enhance patient safety. The module expands on TheWorxHub's Environment of Care rounding module, synchronising activities with the most recent compliance codes from The Joint Commission and The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Brightly Software product head and senior vice-president Nigel Hughes said: 'Many hospitals still lack visibility into maintenance and compliance-related activities within a central location, impacting technicians' ability to quickly, efficiently and confidently complete work orders, which can risk accreditation. 'The addition of Compliance Pro into TheWorxHub platform will support hospitals in achieving smarter facility and compliance management by streamlining compliance, reducing risk and minimising costs so they can focus on what matters most – patient safety.' Among the Compliance Pro Module's key features is an integrated permitting suite, which digitises the entire permitting process. This allows technicians to manage, monitor and approve permits in real-time from the work order, aiming to streamline approvals and improve maintenance response times. The suite also includes tools for interim life safety measure or alternate life safety measure, infection control risk assessment and pre-construction risk assessment. In addition, its smart documentation features provide dashboards and insights to help teams identify any critically missing audit documentation. Based in North Carolina, Brightly Software provides asset management solutions designed to help companies manage the entire lifecycle of their assets, facilities and infrastructure. The company works with healthcare organisations such as Hartford HealthCare, Novant Health and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. "Brightly Software adds cloud-based module to TheWorxHub to support hospital teams" was originally created and published by Hospital Management, a GlobalData owned brand.
