Ninja Crispi 'transformed my meals' and now the cheapest ever price - only with this code

They're the staple kitchen gadget, airfryers, plenty of households across the UK will rely on these simple worktop gadgets to cook their meals, all be it for a big family or diner for one. Popular for cutting time and money, one of Ninja's newest models is now the cheapest ever price. Worlds away from the brand's dual airfryer basket appliances, the Ninja Crispi is portable, compact, and everything is cooked in a glass container - which can then be used to store food in afterwards. Usually £179.99 there's now a much cheaper price being offered for shoppers. As part of Ninja's 20% off everything sale, the nifty air fryer has dropped to £149.99, one of the cheapest prices since it launched earlier this year. Only if shoppers use the code Ninja20 at the checkout. But is it worth buying? Writer Eve Rowlands has previously tried it out and says the appliance has left her 'enjoying cooking more'. Ditching her Philips Airfryer for the latest Ninja model, Eve swapped to the Crispi model which she says is more 'user-friendly and compact'. As she explains in her review below. Not only was it more powerful than my previous model, but it also looked sleeker. The Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer, launched earlier this year, and is incredibly user-friendly. Comprising CleanCrisp thermal-shock resistant glass containers (in which the food is cooked - there are two sizes) and a heating lid, it also includes Non-Stick Crisper Plates, 2 Storage Lids and a PowerPod Adaptor. But that's not all that's impressive about it. The Ninja CRISPi, as its full name suggests, has four different functions, all of which can be performed in the glass base: airfrying, roasting, recrisping and keeping food warm (once cooked). Naturally, the function I've used most is air frying. Cooking is significantly quicker than with my previous air fryer, which is a definite plus. Although I'm still experimenting with recipes, it has a larger capacity than our old model and has made cooking more enjoyable (mainly because it doesn't take forever). I can place vegetables at the bottom and fish on top (on the crisper tray), and they'll cook perfectly in about 15-20 minutes. This is ideal when you're short on time... or if, like me, you're not particularly fond of spending ages in the kitchen. As there are only two of us in my household, I haven't used it to cook for larger groups. However, the device claims to accommodate a 1.2KG chicken and vegetables for up to six people, which could come in handy. That said, some users have reported less success when trying to prepare full meals for 4-6 people using the gadget, so bear that in mind. One person commented: " The only thing that could have been better for us as a family of 4, is making the capacity slightly larger to cook a larger batch." The roasting mode is also incredibly useful, as it uses far less energy than turning on the oven. I've mainly used it to cook one of my favourite complex carbs, sweet potato fries, and am always amazed at how much quicker it is - around 20-25 minutes, depending on the quantity. Cleaning is also a breeze, which is a welcome change from my previous air fryer. The old model had the typical detachable sieve-like tray and base, both requiring cleaning, which was a time-consuming chore - especially as it wasn't dishwasher safe. However, the Ninja CRISPi has a single glass base, reducing the cleaning task. Plus, it's dishwasher-friendly, which is a significant advantage. I do believe that this machine excels at preparing more substantial meals rather than quick snacks, such as omelettes - something I'd seen people making on social media. After trying it for lunch one day, while the top was wonderfully crispy and delicious, it took over 15 minutes to cook (compared to about seven with my frying pan) and was slightly soggy on the bottom. That's been the only downside of the machine in my opinion. Another potential drawback, according to some, is the price tag of £179.99, which they consider 'quite expensive'. The Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 Portable Glass Air Fryer is available in three different colours: blue, stone, and sage green. Ninja Kitchen's air fryer appears to be the only fully glass air fryer available on the market, as far as I can tell. However, if you're not particularly keen on that aesthetic and would prefer something with an oven-door-style design, the Lakeland Slimline Air Fryer Black is currently priced at £89.99.

Ninja shoppers rush for 20% off sale including air fryers and dessert makers

Ninja has cut the price of many of its popular products on the website for a limited time Ninja has cut the price of many of its items for a limited time, including many of its air fryers, ice cream makers and coffee machines. The company is offering a big 20 per cent discount on many of its devices with the code NINJA20 —perfect for summer or last-minute gifts. Some items include the Ninja SLUSHi and the Ninja CRISPi - all with sizable discounts that won't last forever. We've picked out a couple of our favourite products and discounts on the Ninja website. Here's some of the best deals shoppers can pick up right now. Fitbit smartwatch hailed 'best buy' by delighted tech fan drops to under £100 Pet owners 'save a ton of money' when travelling thanks to 'lifesaver' app Meanwhile, for those shoppers who want to check out the full range of deals, they can do so on the Ninja website. The Ninja SLUSHi drink maker One of its big discounts includes the Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drink Maker, which is currently £349.99. However, with the NINJA20 discount code, it comes to £279.99. It's perfect for those hot summer days when shoppers need a drink to take the edge off. Debenhams currently has the same deal available right here from Debenhams with the same NINJA20 deal. It transforms liquid to slush in as little as 30 minutes and keeps drinks frozen for up to 12 hours. It also has five presets—Slush, Frozen Cocktail, Frappé, Milkshake, and Frozen Juice—so Brits can customise the drink they want on hot days. It also has great feedback from shoppers. One shopper said: "We absolutely adore the Slushi. It is so easy to use—just add your favourite drink, milkshake, etc., and off you go. We have tried all the features; we have made cocktails, milkshakes, frozen alcoholic drinks, slushes, etc. I cannot fault it." Another shopper added: "We have had the Slushi machine for a few months now and absolutely love it. We have made many alcoholic and non-alcoholic slushies and a few different-flavoured milkshakes, and all have turned out fantastic. The shopper did note one big downside, however. They added: "The downside with the product is that the main body of the Slushi stained when using orange fizzy pop. We washed it straight after using it but couldn't get rid of the staining no matter what we tried." There are also alternatives to consider. The Inoviva Slush Machine is another option available in this high-end slush market niche in the UK market and while that has an average of 4.5 stars out 80 reviews on Amazon it's still £349.99 at full RRP, although Amazon Prime members can get it for £239.99 for a limited time. The Ninja CRISPi air fryer Despite being on sale, the Ninja CRISPi 4-in-1 air fryer is also super cheap on the Ninja website. It's currently £169.99 but with the NINJA20 discount code, it is £135.99. Shoppers can cook anywhere there's a plug, making it an ideal choice for smaller spaces. It also has multiple functions such as air fry, roast, keep warm and recrisp. It cooks with heated air for even results and food can be served directly from the bowl. For those on a health kick, the air fryer requires little to no oil. With a 3.8-litre container, it can feed up to six people and has the capacity to cook a whole 1.2kg chicken and vegetables. This makes it an ideal option for family dinners, friend get-togethers, or meal-prepping lunches. Sides and smaller portions can be cooked in the 1.4-litre small container, which is thermal-shock resistant and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. If this isn't the one for everyone, they could instead try the Cookworks Halogen Air Fryer in Black for £36 from Argos. Another option is this four-litre air fryer on Dunelm for £30 - perfect for those on a budget. There are also brilliant reviews from shoppers. One reviewer said: "I love it, little compact. It just arrived, and I used it to warm up some takeaway from last night. I didn't really read the description, though. It comes with 1 glass plate, so I ordered 2 additional once. So now I have too many glass pods, but it's fine. I will keep one as a spare if I break one." However, another shopper did have some gripes. They added: "This is the first Ninja product I have purchased, and although it is easy to use and clean, I am disappointed that after only using the large crisping plate a couple of times, one of the silicone feet has split." The Ninja CREAMi ice cream maker The Ninja CREAMi ice cream maker is also on sale on Ninja's website for £135.99 when you add the NINJA20 discount code. The CREAMi is loaded with features, offering a wide range of frozen desserts and as is often the way with Ninja, it's seemingly gone viral, make it eally easy to find recipes online. When using the Ninja CREAMi, users first have to make and freeze the ice cream base, before using the CREAMi to turn it into the dessert of your choice once it's frozen. There's also plenty of alternatives to go for. There's the Cuisinart ice cream maker - £49 on Amazon - uses a frozen bowl, so users can make their ice cream in about 25 minutes instead. A pricier alternative, to the Cuisinar option, is the £199 Lakeland Compressor Ice Cream Maker. This can make 1.5litres of ice cream 'in under an hour' as stated on the brand's site. Customers praise how easy it is to use and how easy it is to clean. One reviewer said: "It's super easy to use, in fact the hardest part of making super creamy ice cream is having the patience to wait for it to freeze for 24 hours." Others love the variety that comes with making your own ice cream at home and said: "custard ice cream, strawberry and yoghurt, peach sorbet … pineapple sorbet and sweet potato ice cream." However, some have called out that it's a little noisy and added: "it is very, very loud so if this could be fixed, it would be amazing".
