Car crash chaos as 'drag race' ends in wreckage in West Lothian
The incident took place on Saturday night. Chaos ensued at a Scots car meet after two cars crashed into each other during a race, it's been claimed. The incident took place in West Lothian on Saturday night. A Nissan 350z and a Volkswagen golf were involved in the smash, which took place at Broxburn Industrial Estate, following a gathering in Livingston. Dozens gathered to watch as cars 'pulled stunts' outside a branch of KFC, before the 'drag race' took place at the industrial estate. Images show both cars wrecked as onlookers stand around. Concerned resident Jonah Jones told Edinburgh Live: "A young lad who runs car meets and has done for two years hosted a massive meet in KFC in Livingston. "He then hosted drag racing at Broxburn Industrial Estate. This led to two cars having a crash. The driver of the Volkswagen golf had children in the car. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
