Candlelight vigil held for teen who died in American Fork motorcycle crash
OREM, Utah () — Seventeen-year-old Noah Scribner , and on Thursday, the community came to remember him. Scribner's friends mourned his loss at a candlelight vigil in Orem. 'You get that phone call that your buddy crashed, and your first hope is that he made it to the hospital at the bare minimum and say hi, and hearing that he didn't make it is heartbreaking and devastating,' Ethan Smith said. 17-year-old killed in American Fork motorcycle crash identified as Timpanogos High student
AMERICAN FORK, Utah () — School district officials have confirmed that the was a student at Timpanogos High School. The teenager — identified by relatives as Noah Scribner — was riding a Honda motorcycle on SR-92 and lost control while rounding a corner on Monday, May 12. According to the , the front wheel of the motorcycle broke off after the crash, and Noah received serious injuries. UHP said he died at the scene, despite life-saving measures. 'Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathies are with his family and friends and to all those who knew and loved him,' Timpanogos High School Principal Theron Murphy said in an email to the school community on Monday.
