Novigo reinvests 10-15% of its revenues in research, innovation and new capabilities: CCO Shihab Kalandar
Reinvesting 10-15% of its revenues in research, innovation and new capabilities, Mangaluru-based Novigo Solutions Pvt., Ltd., is building autonomous AI agents that can execute end-to-end decisions across complex processes with minimal human oversight, said Shihab Kalandar, co-founder and chief commercial officer (CCO) of Novigo.
Speaking at 'The Novigo Story' event organised by Vertex Managed Workspace here on July 18, Mr. Kalandar said, 'It's the future of enterprise operations, and we're proud to be leading from Mangaluru.' The company has been at the forefront of agentic automation and is a UiPath fast-track partner.
He further said Novigo's identity is deeply intertwined with its birthplace. 'Mangaluru is close to our heart. We take pride in being recognised as a Mangalurean company, and 50% of our workforce is homegrown. We intend to maintain that standard.'
Novigo managing director Praveen Kumar Kalbavi traced his journey from being an Infosys employee to returning to the tech world as an entrepreneur with three co-founders.
Founded in 2011, Novigo has evolved into a global tech player with over 900 employees, five offices in India and over 130 clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
