Savannah Children's Museum expanding to indoor space
SAVANNAH, Ga (WSAV) — The Savannah Children's Museum will have its first indoor space by the end of this year.
The Coastal Heritage Society made the announcement today and also released details about the first exhibit.
The children's museum will take over the storehouse building at the neighboring Georgia State Railroad Museum (a museum also managed by Coastal Heritage Society) and that space will be known as the STEAM Center at Savannah Children's Museum.
The 11,000 square foot space will house an exhibit called 'Numbers in Nature.'
