Major bank warns customers over little-known 30-day rule that many forget
Lloyds Bank's 30-day rule applies to the Club Lloyds perks that are available to customers. Benefits include Disney+ subscriptions along with restaurant and coffee deals
Lloyds Bank has introduced a 30-day deadline for customers holding some of its most sought-after accounts. The banking giant has reminded customers about the requirements for accessing Club Lloyds benefits.
One customer reached out to the bank via social media, asking: "When you open a new account and you selected cinema tickets as a reward when do you start getting them?".
Lloyds responded: "When you open a Club Lloyds account, we give you 30 days to choose and amend your benefit selection. Once that period has passed, your choice is locked in and your benefit will be issued to you." It comes after news anyone buying fuel next week given '£15 charge' warning by The AA.
"Whether catching a film solo is your secret indulgence, you relish unlimited viewing on Disney+, you adore curling up with your go-to magazine, or maybe your morning doesn't truly begin without that first caffeine hit, this programme has everything sorted", claims Lloyds.
You'll need an active Club Lloyds current account before selecting your Lifestyle Benefit. This covers both Club Lloyds Silver and Club Lloyds Platinum accounts, reports Birmingham Live.
Lloyds offers Disney+ memberships, explaining: "Stream brand new Originals, blockbusters, binge worthy series and more. There's something for everyone to enjoy when you select a 12 month Standard With Ads Disney+ subscription. At this time, you are unable to upgrade your Disney+ subscription to Standard or Premium."
Another benefit might include restaurant and coffee deals, with the bank stating: "An annual Coffee Club and Gourmet Society membership gives you 25% off barista-made drinks at Caffè Nero and 25% off your bill at brands such as Pizza Express and thousands of independent restaurants.
"Get 50% off pizza delivery alongside great discounts on theatre tickets and UK attractions." You can also select six cinema tickets from either ODEON cinemas or Vue cinemas.
At Vue cinemas, your vouchers also qualify you for half price popcorn. At ODEON cinemas, you can use your vouchers at ODEON Kids Screenings, which include a complimentary kids-size popcorn per ticket.
