#SHOWBIZ: Fattah Amin sympathises with ex-wife Fazura over debt claims
KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Fattah Amin has declined to comment on allegations that his former wife, Nur Fazura's company, owes RM4.65 million to a headscarf manufacturing factory. Fattah, whose full name is Abdul Fattah Mohd Amin, instead expressed his sympathy and well wishes for Fazura. He added that he hoped things would be made easier for Nur Fatima Aisya's mother. "I wouldn't presume to comment, but having heard this news, I do feel sympathy and wish her all the best," he told BH Online. "I can't really comment much as it's a personal matter. You see, we never know when we might face our own trials. When we do, we wouldn't want others talking nonsense without knowing the full story. "As outsiders, the best we can do is offer our prayers and hope things are resolved smoothly. It's not just anyone; she is the mother of my child, so I naturally pray for the best," he said. Fattah mentioned that he was unaware of the news before it was reported in the local media. "I only found out when the news broke; I genuinely had no prior knowledge of this," he said. Previously, news outlets reported that the popular actress and businesswoman's company was allegedly in debt to the tune of RM4.65 million to the headscarf manufacturer, Obor Holding Sdn Bhd. It's understood that the manufacturing firm has initiated legal action following Pink Fate Sdn Bhd's alleged lack of cooperation. Fazura is widely known as a co-founder of Pink Fate Sdn Bhd. Obor Holding Sdn Bhd, which owns the Feline Malaysia factory, claims to have supplied Pink Fate Sdn Bhd with headscarves valued at RM7.3 million since June 2022. However, they allege that Pink Fate has only paid RM2,680,167.90, leaving a balance of RM4.65 million outstanding to Feline. Obor Holding also stated that they began experiencing difficulties in receiving payments from December 2023. As of now, Fazura has not released any statement regarding this matter.

#SHOWBIZ: RM4.65mil debt: The worst and most serious experience with Fazura
KUALA LUMPUR: The founder and managing director of Obor Holding Sdn Bhd, Lim Boon Hai, 42, has expressed his disappointment, claiming that a company linked to popular actress and entrepreneur Nur Fazura Sharifuddin has failed to settle a debt of RM4.65 million. Lim, known as Sam, told Harian Metro that his company is pursuing legal action after Pink Fate Sdn Bhd allegedly failed to make the agreed-upon payments. "I am very disappointed with what she (Nur Fazura) has done. This is the worst and most serious experience I have ever been through," Sam said. "This case was filed at the Kuala Lumpur High Court last month (April). Notices have also been sent to the company owned by the celebrity, but no response has been received," he added. Sam claimed that the debt has severely impacted the finances of his companies, Obor and Feline. "Since the end of 2023, it has been difficult to get debt payments from them. We have tried various ways to contact the party there (Fazura) but have not received good cooperation. "Our main goal is only to obtain the outstanding balance," he said. He further alleged that a RM1 million cheque signed by Fazura and dated Sept 3, 2024, had bounced due to insufficient funds. "My party received a cheque of RM1 million from that party that didn't clear. I really didn't expect this to happen. "We have informed them about this matter so that they can use other alternatives to make immediate payments, but it was not honored," he said. Sam clarified that the transactions occurred while Fazura was still a director at Pink Fate, before her resignation in January. Her brother, Ahmad Faiz Sharifuddin, remains a director. According to a previous report, Obor Holding Sdn Bhd, the owner of Feline Malaysia, claims that Pink Fate Sdn Bhd, purportedly co-founded by Fazura, was supplied with headscarves worth RM7,330,197.04 since June 2022. However, Pink Fate allegedly only paid RM2,680,167.90, leaving an outstanding balance of RM4.65 million. Obor Holding also alleges that they have faced difficulties in collecting the payment since December 2023. The suit names Pink Fate Sdn Bhd, Fazfit Sdn Bhd, Ahmad Faiz Sharifuddin, and Fazura as defendants. The statement of claim reportedly indicates that the RM4.65 million debt includes RM3.6 million from five additional orders made in June and September 2024, despite the previous debt remaining unpaid. The document also alleges that Faiz assured Feline that the additional order was for the Ministry of Education through the Merdeka Collection initiative.
