Shehnaaz Gill's Brother Shehbaz Badesha To Enter Bigg Boss 19? Salman Khan Reveals

Last Updated: The countdown to Bigg Boss 19 has begun. The makers of Salman Khan's controversial reality show have now shared a new promo, sharing an exciting update. The makers of Bigg Boss 19 have empowered viewers with the authority to decide which contestant will enter the house, in line with the season's overarching theme of democracy. On Thursday, JioHotstar shared a new promo of the upcoming season in which Salman Khan announced a new initiative called 'Fans Ka Faisla'. This one-of-a-kind initiative places the power directly in the hands of the audience, transforming them from passive viewers into active participants in shaping the show's course. Two shortlisted contenders will compete for a single spot: Shehbaz Badesha, brother of Bigg Boss alumnus Shehnaaz Gill, and Mridul Tiwari, YouTuber and creator of the widely popular comedy channel The MriDul, with over 18 million subscribers. For the first time ever, a contestant's journey will begin entirely through fan votes, making viewers an integral part of the selection process. Voting for Fans Ka Faisla is now open exclusively on the JioHotstar app and will remain live until 11:59 PM on August 21. The contestant receiving the highest number of votes will be unveiled during the Grand Premiere, where Salman Khan will introduce them in a never-before-seen entry that promises to change the dynamics of the house instantly. Speaking about the unique fan-driven format, Shehbaz Badesha said, 'Last time I came in for a short spin, bas ek chhota sa jhalak dikhaya tha, but this time, main pura season ka tadka ban ke jaaunga. I've been part of Bigg Boss before, but always from the sidelines—either cheering for my sister Shehnaz or visiting as a guest. This time, it's different… this time, it could be MY journey. I'm not just a 'celebrity sibling'; I'm someone who's been underestimated and overlooked. I know the kind of energy I bring, unfiltered, unpredictable, and unapologetically Punjabi. I'm not here to play safe or be everyone's best friend. I'm here to shake things up and give people something to talk about. The best part is that the audience gets to decide if I even step inside. I promise to make this season as entertaining as Shehnaz's season was. If you want someone who won't play it safe, vote Shehbaz." Sharing his excitement about the opportunity, Mridul Tiwari said, 'Bigg Boss isn't just a show—it's a proving ground and I have been ready for this fight for years. I am ready to bring my wit, my game, and an unfiltered version of who I am. I am not someone who blends into the background; rather, I believe in taking a stand, facing challenges head-on, and competing with power. No hiding, no sugar-coating—just real competition. Ultimately, the audience will decide who deserves to stay, and I trust them to recognise authenticity when they see it. I am ready to give my all,- and with a fan powered brotherhood by my side, let's make it happen and win this together." Bigg Boss 19: Official Trailer Out The countdown to Bigg Boss 19 has begun. The makers of Salman Khan's controversial reality show have already unveiled the official trailer of the upcoming season, promising entertainment like never before. Set against the dramatic backdrop of a Parliament-inspired Bigg Boss house, the promo reveals the theme of the show – 'Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar'. Who Is Participating In Bigg Boss 19? Every year, fans remain glued to their screens on the Bigg Boss premiere date for the final list of contestants. The speculations, however, begin much earlier. Previously, reports claimed that around 45 celebrities have been approached so far. Some of the names include Rati Pandey (Miley Jab Hum Tum), Hunar Hali, Apoorva Mukhija (aka The Rebel Kid), Mr Faisu, Dhanashree Verma, Sreeram Chandra, Meera Deosthale, and Bhavika Sharma. Reportedly, former Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actors, Shailesh Lodha, Gurucharan Singh and Jennifer Mistry have also been approached for Bigg Boss 19. Rapper Raftaar is also likely to join the show. It was recently reported that Divyanka Tripathi is also likely to join Bigg Boss 19. However, she has already rejected the claims. 'He's human too'; Gokul Suresh defends brother Madhav amid trolls; says hurtful trolls crosses the line

(Picture Courtesy: Facebook) Actor Gokul Suresh has spoken out candidly in defense of his younger brother Madhav Suresh , who has been the target of online trolling following his debut film. While many critics have dismissed Madhav's acting, Gokul shared that beyond the strength he shows in public, his brother likely feels the emotional weight of the constant ridicule. 'He may seem strong on the outside, but he's human too,' Gokul said in a recent interview with Kairali TV during promotions for his film 'Sumathi Valavu'. 'Don't hurt him just for fun' Gokul made an emotional appeal for compassion, pointing out that while playful trolling is part of the internet culture, it shouldn't come at the cost of someone's mental well-being. 'If it's all just in good fun, that's fine. But don't do it in a way that makes someone feel bad. Don't emotionally hurt him,' he urged. Referring to Madhav as being 'just a kid' compared to him, Gokul said he often struggles with the urge to retaliate. 'When people speak ill of him, I honestly feel like giving them a solid beating,' he admitted, 'But if I start doing that, I won't know where to stop—and then I'll be painted as the villain.' Sumathi Valavu - Official Trailer 'I don't even know how well Malayalees know me' Despite the harshness of the public response, Gokul tried to find a silver lining. 'I've been working for eight or nine years now. I don't even know how well Malayalees know me. But they recognized you (Madhav) so quickly. That itself is something to be proud of,' he said, directing his words toward his brother. Madhav, too, had earlier responded to the criticism with quiet confidence, saying, 'If I ever feel like I really can't act, I'll stop and leave. Until then, you'll continue to see me here.' Meanwhile, Madhav Suresh was recently seen in the Suresh Gopi starrer 'JSK' which received decent reviews from the audiences.
