Special Ogdensburg City Council meeting moved up
OGDENSBURG, N.Y. (WWTI) – A special meeting to discuss filling a vacancy on the Ogdensburg City Council has been moved up.
The special meeting was originally slated for Monday, April 7. However, it has pushed forward to Thursday, April 3 in order for all members to attend the meeting.
The meeting is to hopefully fill the vacancy left after Michael Weaver resigned his position. Weaver stepped down because he moved outside of the city limits because of family obligations.
The city's charter requires council members to live in the city.
