Achint Kaur Says She's Looking For New Work Opportunities: 'Ready To Give It My All'

The 47-year-old actor shared a video on her Instagram handle on Sunday. She began by introducing herself and said she has years of experience in acting and as a voice artist. 'This is a little note from the heart…I am looking for exciting new opportunities both in India and internationally. Whether it be films, short films, web series and social media collaborations, basically anything creative, and I am ready to give it my all. Thank you so much for listening and your support always," she is heard saying in the video. 'Life as an actor is full of peaks and pauses. and I'm ready for what's next. If my work resonates with your vision, I'd love to collaborate. Let's create something powerful together," read the caption. The actor also mentioned the handles of her managers, through which she can be contacted. 'On the look out for new work," she wrote on the video. Kaur made her acting debut in 1994 with television show 'Banegi Apni Baat". She also featured in Anupam Kher's directorial debut 'Om Jai Jagadish". Kajol introduced actor Shubhangi as the lead actor of Anupam Kher's upcoming directorial Tanvi The Great at a press event today. The event was also attended by Anupam's mother Dulari Kher, who unfortunately lost her balance on the stage. However, Kajol quickly came to her rescue. Suddenly, Dulari lost balance and was about to suffer a fall when Kajol held her by the arm and helped her regain balance. Anupam then thanked Kajol for gracing the occasion and and blessed her for the lovely gesture. Kajol laughed and said, "Aur main aadhi gir bhi gayi (And, I took half a tumble)," to which Anupam said that it means it will bring more luck to the film. Tanvi The Great will mark Anupam's second directorial film after 23 years. "When I directed Om Jai Jagadish, it wasn't a story by me. Still, it felt good. I was excited that I was an actor who was getting the opportunity to direct. It was a really good cast... I was more excited about the excitement of directing a film. I then felt that I am an actor by profession. So, when I want to make a film, a story I want to tell and feel from my heart - when I get a story like which I want to share with the world, I would direct a film. So, it took me 23 years to find such a story...I worked on the story for 3-3.5 years. We shot this last year and this year, we will bring it to the world," Anupam told ANI in an interview. Released under the banner of Anupam Kher Studios, the film features music by Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani and is produced in collaboration with the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC). Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Vishal Mishra and more singers board Anupam Kher's 'Tanvi The Great'
(Picture Courtesy: Facebook) The buzz around Anupam Kher 's upcoming directorial ' Tanvi The Great ' has climbed a notch higher after the actor announced a strong line-up of singers who have boarded the musical journey of the movie. 'Tanvi The Great' is Anupam Kher's second directorial after 'Om Jai Jagadish' in 2002. Oscar-winning music composer MM Keeravwill be composing the music of the film. In the latest announcement, the actor announced that singers Shaan , Sonu Nigam , Vishal Mishra, Raj Pandits, Ramya Behara and Nayana Nair have joined the team. Along with them, Shagun Sodhi and Gomathi Iyer will be making their singing debut with the movie. Taking to his Instagram handle, the actor-director also announced that the film also consists of an English track sung by a Los Angeles-based singer, Shannon and Dirty Grim. While sharing his photos with each musician, Anupam wrote, "ANNOUNCEMENT: Proud to announce the BRILLIANT singers of TANVI THE GREAT! I spent almost a year with the Great #MMKeeravani sir and recorded all the songs of the film before we even started shooting for the film. With the magic of #Keeravani sir we have the most melodious music for #TanviTheGreat." The actor further announced the ensemble list of singers. "And our singers are a great mix of legends and new comers. #SonuNigam and #Shaan are personal friends apart from being great legendary singers. #VishalMishra is a sensational singer! I have heard #RajPandits soulful singing since he was a child! Ramya and Nayana are on the rise in the music world. Shagun and Gomathi will be making their debut with #TanviTheGreat!! Amazing voices with an amazing future!" wrote actor Kher He also announced that MM Keeravani will be singing some songs along with composing the music of the film. "There is an English track sung by Los Angeles based Very talented Shannon and Dirty Grim! There is a special singer Ms. Kumudwathi Aparajitha! Album also includes a soulful song by Keeravani sir himself! My heart and soul - both are singing! Waiting for the world to listen to these unbelievable voices! Jai Ho!" added Kher. 'Tanvi The Great' also stars 'Game of Thrones' actor Iain Glen and will feature sound design by Resul Pookutty, the Academy Award-winning sound designer known for Slumdog Millionaire.
