My Hero Academia Unveils Final Top 5 Hero Rankings: Mirio, Shoto, and More!
Kohei Horikoshi released the My Hero Academia Ultra Age fanbook earlier this month. Like other data books, this is also full of new information and lore. And the most interesting information released by this book is the Top 5 heroes in the hero rankings at the end of the series. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now This information gets revealed in a bonus chapter that features Eri returning to UA a few years after the series. She's there to see Deku, but unfortunately, Deku has already wrapped up his work and left. As she is talking to Aizawa, they notice an announcement comes on the TV. And then they announce the hero ranking chart for that time of the year. Top 5 heroes in My Hero Academia We already knew at the end of the My Hero Academia manga that Mirio Togata and Shoto Todoroki are the number 1 and number 2 heroes. Their ranking are still the same, and now we have numbers 3-5. At number 3 is Mt. Lady. We already knew at the end of the series that Mt. Lady is up there at the top in the rankings, so this number 3 position did not come as a surprise. What was surprising was the number 4 ranking. New Hero number 4 is One For All Hero Deku . That's right, despite having lost his quirk, Izuku managed to climb up to number 4 in the hero rankings. We knew the hero suit he got was powerful, but to think he would climb so high is impressive. At number 5 comes the Great Explosion Murder God Dynamite. Bakugo was actually ranked number 15 previously, so it is nice to see that he is back in the top 5 once Midoriya got back into the fold. It is nice to see their rivalry is still ongoing. Also Read | My Hero Academia: All Might is officially the best hero of all time

My Hero Academia just revealed All For One's real name and it changes everything
My Hero Academia just revealed All For One's real name and it changes everything credit- Fandom The most recognizable yet dangerous villain of the anime series finally has a name worthy of his power, All For One. Here's why it's significant and why fans are raving. Here's how My Hero Academia finally unmasked its most dangerous and mysterious villain. After decades of lurking under his alias, All For One's true name has finally been unveiled. This shocking development is based on official, newly released information from a new, official guidebook released in Japan as a precursor to said anime's last season. The accompanying art book, Ultra Archive, reveals fans' never-before-seen information that was not included in the anime or manga. The biggest surprise of all is the villain's true identity. His birth name is Zen Shigaraki . All For One's true name is Zen Shigaraki and the implications of his villainy Until now, one of the major villains of the series was known to fans only as All For One, the name befitting a villain with the ability to steal and use others' power. Until recently, the Ultra Archive book provided the canonicity that his real name is Zen Shigaraki. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 2025 Top Trending local enterprise accounting software [Click Here] Esseps Learn More Undo This new bit of information is significant because it directly relates to Tomura Shigaraki , the villain All For One raised to replace him. It shows the backstory of All For One, since he is the brother to Yoichi Shigaraki, the first user of the One For All power. The name Zen too, is an intriguing pick. In popular usage, Zen tends to connote peace or calm, a quality that stands in stark contrast to this particular villain. Maybe that's the idea. All For One's tranquility and icy demeanor are a facade, behind that mask is an individual who sacrificed everything in pursuit of his monstrosity. The name Zen Shigaraki is important. This new name adds some layers and complexity to All For One. For years, he felt like an untouchable, more a figurehead than man. Now audiences have a chance to understand the human story that created the villain. Learning his real name only strengthens the connection to Tomura Shigaraki. Tomura Shigaraki's name is a reference to the Japanese urban legends known as 'Redroom' or 'Redroomed,' which have been translated worldwide. It's both Darren and the golden opportunity lost. It further demonstrates just how massively he undertook the task of obliterating his previous existence. In order to transform into the 'Demon Lord' he envisioned, he discarded his name, his family and in fact, all that made him human. My Hero Academia: How Knuckleduster proves Deku didn't need a Quirk to be a true hero
My Hero Academia is a popular Japanese anime and manga series created by Kohei Horikoshi, set in a world where about 80% of people are born with special powers called Quirks. These Quirks can range from super strength to flight, fire powers, or even talking to animals. In this society, becoming a Pro Hero a licensed superhero who protects people is the dream for many. But the main character, Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku , was born without a Quirk . He still wanted to save people like his idol, All Might, the number one hero. Eventually, All Might passed his power, One For All, down to Deku, giving him a chance to become a hero. However, there's one character who challenges this idea completely Knuckleduster, a man with no powers who still fights crime and protects others. His story shows that being a hero doesn't always mean having superpowers. It means standing up for others, even when it's dangerous. For new fans or readers unfamiliar with anime, Knuckleduster is the proof that heart, not power, makes a hero. Who Is Knuckleduster? The hero without a Quirk Knuckleduster is a main character in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes , a spin-off manga that takes place before the events of the main story. His real name is Iwao Oguro, and he used to be a professional hero with a Quirk. But after losing his power due to a mysterious drug, he continued to fight crime on his own, outside the law. He doesn't use flashy moves or wear a fancy costume. Instead, he uses boxing skills, quick thinking, and years of street experience to stop criminals. He's tough, serious, and doesn't care about fame or glory he just wants to protect people in places regular heroes ignore. Unlike Pro Heroes who follow rules and wear capes, Knuckleduster works in the shadows. He's rough around the edges, but he's deeply committed to doing what's right. His story is a great example of how anyone, even without powers, can stand up for justice. Deku vs Knuckleduster: Same hero spirit, different paths In the beginning of My Hero Academia, Deku jumps in to save his friend from a villain, even though he has no powers. This bravery is what makes All Might choose him as his successor. But what if Deku never got powers? Could he still be a hero? Knuckleduster answers that question. He lives without powers and still fights every day. He's the version of Deku who never got One For All but didn't let that stop him. Both characters share something important: a strong sense of justice and a desire to help others. Deku becomes a symbol of hope with his new powers, but Knuckleduster proves that you can still be a symbol without one. You just have to keep fighting for what's right. Knuckleduster's message: Anyone can be a hero For people who feel powerless in real life, Knuckleduster is an inspiring figure. He shows that you don't need to be born special to do something meaningful. You can use your brain, your heart, and your courage to make a difference. In today's world, where not everyone has the same chances or abilities, this message hits home. Heroism isn't about flying or shooting fire from your hands. It's about showing up, speaking out, and helping others even if nobody notices. This is why many fans believe Knuckleduster is one of the most realistic heroes in the My Hero Academia universe. He may not be in the spotlight, but his impact is just as important. Where to read My Hero Academia: Vigilantes If you want to learn more about Knuckleduster, you can read My Hero Academia: Vigilantes on official platforms like Viz Media or Shonen Jump. It is available in both digital and print editions, with translations for international readers. This spin-off manga dives deeper into the underground world of vigilante heroes, shows how Pro Hero society really works, and gives more context to the world of My Hero Academia. Knuckleduster didn't need a Quirk to prove he was a hero and neither does anyone else. His story is a powerful reminder that anyone can be brave, anyone can protect others, and anyone can make a difference even without superpowers.
