OpenText launches MyAviator AI to boost secure digital work
OpenText has announced the expansion of its agentic artificial intelligence capabilities with the launch of MyAviator, a secure personal AI assistant intended to support digital knowledge workers across several industries.
The company said that MyAviator is designed to enable users to work with their own documents and data to extract insights and generate content securely, operating entirely within the OpenText ecosystem. According to OpenText, the assistant integrates directly into existing organisational workflows, aiming to reduce friction, lower costs, and streamline processes in regulated and data-intensive environments.
MyAviator is part of the broader OpenText Aviator suite, which offers AI-powered assistants that address use cases in legal, finance, technology, energy, software development, and other sectors. These tools are positioned to assist in process automation and support the changing role of digital knowledge workers.

OpenText highlighted several ways in which its Aviator AI solutions are supporting business operations. For example, in software development, OpenText automates up to 95% of test scripts, reducing manual testing by up to three days and allowing engineers to focus on other development work. This is said to enhance the speed of product delivery and the experience of users in eCommerce sectors.
In agile software development, Aviator Testing Assistants use AI to analyse user story content, automate backlog creation, and harmonise development with organisational priorities. This is described as accelerating the time it takes to reach the market and improving coordination among development teams.
OpenText's solutions are also being utilised in legal settings, where the company reports that its AI systems can instantly retrieve relevant case files, precedents, and regulatory documents. This is aimed at supporting quicker decision-making, maintaining compliance with regulations, and reducing both workload and associated costs in legal departments.
For claims management, AI-driven automation technologies from OpenText can reportedly reduce time spent processing claims, help detect fraudulent activity, and validate policies with limited human intervention.
