BABYMETAL have made history with their new album, METAL FORTH. The LP debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard 200, making the band the first all-Japanese group to land in the Top 10 of the overall US album chart.
The pop-metal sensations' fifth studio LP sold 36,000 equivalent album units in the US during its first week of release, of which 33,500 were pure album sales.

While many musicians contributed to the LP, BABYMETAL's official members are Su-metal, Moametal, and Momometal. Among the guests on the album are Spiritbox, Poppy, Slaughter to Prevail, Bloodywood, Tom Morello, and others.
In addition to the Top 10 position on the Billboard 200, METAL FORTH debuted at No. 1 on Japan's Oricon Rock Chart and No. 2 on the US iTunes Download Album Chart.

BABYMETAL recently completed a North American tour, and are currently playing concerts in Asia. They'll return to the States for a special one-off arena show at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles on November 1st (pick up tickets here).
