Missing woman, 75, last seen in southwest Winnipeg: Police
Police are searching for a missing 75-year-old woman who was last seen in southwest Winnipeg on Saturday morning.
Orma Shortt was last seen near Fairhaven Road and Lindenwood Drive East around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Winnipeg police said in a silver alert sent out on Saturday night.
Police said Shortt is five feet five inches tall, with a medium build, short grey hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a light grey FILA-brand t-shirt, with brown and black striped sweatpants, and dark grey slippers.
Police said Shortt uses a walker, which may be red or silver.
Anyone with information about Shortt's whereabouts is asked to call Winnipeg police's missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
