Rico Hoey leads at the Barracuda as Séamus Power misses the cut
Rico Hoey holds a slender one-point lead going into the weekend at the Barracuda Championship following a consecutive 13-point round, but Ireland's Séamus Power failed to make the cut.
The event uses the Modified Stableford scoring system, with players receiving two points for a birdie, five for an eagle and eight for an albatross, and deducted one point for a bogey and three for a double.
Manilla-born Hoey stands at 26 points overall after a second round that contained a six birdies and a bogey.

American Max McGreevy and Erik van Rooyen share second, a point further back.
The cut mark was +11 and Seamus Power was a point the wrong side.
A double-bogey six on his first hole proved costly, as did bogeys on 10 and 18. He did, however, post four birdies on the back nine but agonisingly just missed out at this PGA-DP World Tour co-sanctioned event.
