The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) today announced the results of the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2025 for MBA and MCA programmes. Candidates can download their scorecards from the official KEA website — — by logging in with their PGCET number and date of birth. PGCET 2025 is the qualifying exam for admission to various postgraduate programmes in Karnataka, including MBA, MCA, MTech, and MArch. The scorecard reflects candidates' performance and must be retained for the upcoming counselling process. Step 1: Visit the KEA official website. All those candidates applying for MTech must attend document verification with all semester-wise marksheets of their undergraduate degree. Those failing to do so will be disqualified from ranking and counselling. MArch applicants must submit the marks card for the Post Graduate Entrance Test in Architecture (PGETA 2025) during verification. Meanwhile, the KEA will soon release detailed counselling guidelines, including the schedule and seat allotment process based on PGCET 2025 scores. Candidates can confirm the admission by paying the token tuition fee as mentioned in 'Seat Acceptance Payment Details' through online payment mode using credit card/debit card / net banking/UPI. If the fee mentioned is zero then the candidate has to press the Accept button to confirm the admission. In case, a candidate does not wish to confirm the allotted seat, then he/she may choose to decline the same by clicking the Decline button. The admission letter must be mandatorily downloaded as it needs to be submitted at the allotted institution during reporting. Candidates must note the allotted seat will be cancelled if it is not confirmed or declined within the time limit. However, they will be able to participate in the next round of counseling. Karnataka PGCET 2025 registration window closes tomorrow; apply now to avoid delay
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conclude the application process for the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test 2025 or PGCET 2025 tomorrow, May 10. Eligible candidates can apply for the exam on the official website The last date to pay the fee is May 12 up to 6.00 pm. The exam for M.E/ will be conducted on May 31 from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, whereas exams for MCA and MBA will be held on June 22 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm, respectively.
