Cardi B Announces New Single "Imaginary Players": Here's When It Arrives

Yara Sameh Bardi Gang, rejoice, because Cardi B's next single is coming very soon. The rapper announced on Monday that she'll be releasing her newest single 'Imaginary Players' on Friday, August 15. 'Just a lil taste of the drama. IMAGINARY PLAYERS THIS FRIDAY,' she wrote on Instagram while sharing a photo of herself with pink hair in front of a white Rolls Royce while draped in a matching white fur coat. 'Imaginary Players' will arrive two months after her 'Outside' hit. The two songs will be featured on Cardi's long-awaited sophomore album "Am I the Drama?," which is out September 19 via Atlantic Records. Her duet 'WAP' with Megan Thee Stallion and 'Up' will also be featured on the album, a decision that Cardi has defended since announcing the album. 'This will be the last and only time I'm gonna address this,' she wrote on X . 'WAP and Up are two of my biggest songs, my fans have been asking me to put them on an album, and people search for them on IOP all the time… they deserve a home.' Cam Brink has revealed she got naked for a recent photoshoot - and called the experience 'fun' as her mom was left stunned. Brink recently posed for PLAYERS magazine donning a variety of looks, including an opened-up dress shirt with a cigarette in her mouth for the cover. But as she revealed on the newest episode of her 'Straight to Cam' podcast, the LA Sparks player actually stripped out of her clothes on set, explaining that there were only 'gays and girls' in the room. Brink's mom Michelle was surprised by that admission, but admitted she 'loves' that her daughter is confident in her body. Michelle, a former basketball player herself for Virginia Tech, admitted she wouldn't have done such a thing when she was playing. 'It wasn't an issue,' Brink said of being naked. 'But, yeah, I feel like when they have a vision, I like the artistry of it all. I like shooting stuff like that. It's fun.' Last year, she posed for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's 2025 issue and also went to France for Paris Fashion Week. She also modeled for SKIMS last year alongside fellow WNBA players like Skylar Diggins-Smith and Kelsey Plum. As she continues to work her way back onto the court, one fan accused the WNBA player of prioritizing 'red carpets and schmoozing' over her injury rehab. 'She should've been back on the court now, and something tells me that if she put as much work into rehab as she puts into walking down red carpets and schmoozing, she'd be back by now,' the fan wrote in the comment, which Brink shared to her Instagram story earlier this month. The commenter also wrote that Brink made 'public appearances with no brace, crutches or anything' after her left ACL procedure last year. And while the former Stanford star claimed she 'usually' doesn't 'give energy to this type of stuff,' she wrote to her 1.4million followers that the commenter was 'not a real fan.' She has not appeared in any of the Sparks' 17 games this season, and her coach Lynne Roberts wasn't incredibly optimistic about her timeline when asked over the weekend. Roberts said the forward would be back 'soon-ish, maybe', with more than a year passed since her injury. The Sparks have struggled without Brink on the court, as the team is 5-12 this season.
