Palestine Calls for Effective Int'l Mechanisms to Stop Israeli Annexation Plans
Taarek Refaat The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said on Friday that settlement expansion and incursions into the West Bank by Israeli occupation leaders require effective international mechanisms to halt annexation plans. In a statement reported by the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that the incursions into the occupied West Bank by ministers of the occupation government, the settlers' encroachment on its land, streets, and citizens' property, and the boasting about building 22 new settlements constitute an Israeli attempt to destroy the two-state solution and a blatant disregard for United Nations resolutions and international law, as well as for the international consensus rejecting settlements, which violate international law and directly threaten the establishment of a Palestinian state. The Ministry called for effective international mechanisms to halt annexation and expansion plans, stressing that the recognition of the State of Palestine by European countries, the success of the UN conference and its practical outcomes, and support for the State of Palestine's attainment of full membership in the United Nations contribute significantly to strengthening and protecting the two-state solution. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks

Palestine Demands International Action to Stop Home Demolition Crimes in Northern West Bank Camps
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has highlighted the widespread home demolition crimes committed by Israeli forces in the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams camps in the occupied northern West Bank. Accompanied by the crime of enforced displacement, these actions have displaced over 40,000 Palestinian citizens, particularly during the holy month, rising to the level of ethnic cleansing and displacement. These acts are part of the occupier's schemes to consolidate control and annex the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. In a statement released on Saturday by the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the ministry emphasized its ongoing efforts to address the plight of the Palestinian people with all international bodies, including investigative committees, fact-finding missions, special rapporteurs, assistants to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, and all international parties. The Palestinian Foreign Ministry is calling for genuine and serious international intervention to compel Israel to cease its aggression and adhere to the international will for peace. The ministry insists that a negotiated political solution is the key to resolving the conflict and that military solutions only exacerbate and deteriorate the situation.

Palestinian MoFA Cautions Against Israeli Restrictions on Humanitarian Groups
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has issued a severe warning regarding the ongoing campaign of restrictions imposed by Israeli authorities against humanitarian organizations. The ministry is calling for an active international intervention to halt these Israeli actions, which severely hinder humanitarian operations in the occupied territories. In a statement released by the Palestinian News Agency on Saturday evening, the ministry detailed the grave concerns over the Israeli constraints targeting humanitarian organizations. These restrictions pose significant barriers to licensing, operational duties, and the overall ability to deliver necessary aid and relief to millions of Palestinians. Additionally, the Israeli measures aim to reduce these organizations' roles in monitoring and documenting the crimes and violations committed against Palestinian civilians by Israeli settlers and military forces. This suppression continues alongside Israel's persistent blockade of humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip, now in its 15th consecutive day, and the targeted disruption of the work of international organizations, particularly the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). The Palestinian Foreign Ministry views these arbitrary actions as an extension of Israel's attempt to isolate the Palestinian people and conceal its significant breaches of international law, including violations of the Geneva Conventions and signed agreements. This is part of a broader strategy by Israel to obscure the truth and hide evidence of its wrongdoings.

Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemns occupation forces storming eight mosques in Nablus
Ramallah - Saba: The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates confirmed that the occupation authorities have no authority or right to restrict citizens' entry to pray in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque under any pretext or justification. The Foreign Ministry considered in a statement issued today, Friday, that determining the age of worshipers is a blatant violation of the obligations of the occupying power, and a violation of international law and the principle of the right to freedom of movement and access to places of worship. The ministry considered that the restrictions accompanying determining the age of men and women add further restrictions on the number of worshipers on Fridays, and invalidate the occupation's arguments and justifications for determining the age, in addition to the fact that Quds is an occupied Palestinian land according to international legitimacy resolutions and is not subject to the Zionist enemy. Israeli Tanks Enter Jenin in What Palestinian Ministry Calls 'Grave Escalation'
Israeli tanks entered Jenin on Sunday, February 23, in what the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates described as a 'grave escalation in the West Bank.' Footage posted by Quds News Network shows tanks rolling into Jenin and people throwing rocks amidst the smoke. The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that it considered the deployment of Israeli tanks around Jenin as 'a prelude to expanding its crimes against the Palestinian people—particularly in the northern West Bank and its refugee camps.' Palestinian news agency WAFA said this was the first time tanks were deployed around Jenin since the Israeli offensive in 2002, more than twenty years ago. On Sunday morning the Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said that he had instructed IDF troops to stay for the next year in the West Bank refugee camps where military operations were being carried out, according to The Times of Israel.
