According to General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Champat Rai, the holy rituals will begin at 6.30 am on Tuesday and conclude on Thursday, which also marks the day of Ganga Dussehra. Speaking to ANI, Champat Rai said Ram Janmabhoomi Temple's construction is nearing completion. 'The construction of Ram Janmabhoomi Temple is nearing completion. The rituals for Pran… — ANI (@ANI) June 2, 2025 Ram Darbar Features Several Idols The idols in Ram Darbar have been sculpted by Satyanarayan who told ANI that the Ram Darbar is of 4.5 ft and all the other sculptures are built according to that. The sculptor told that the Ram Darbar features several idols, including that of Lord Ram, Goddess Sita, Lord Sun, Goddess Durga and Lord Hanuman. 'The Ram Darbar is of 4.5 ft. All the other sculptures are built according to that…It has idols of Lord Ram, Goddess Sita…the sun god, Goddess Durga, Lord Hanuman…," he said. Earlier, the Chairman of the Construction Committee of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, Nripendra Mishra, told that the idols of Ram Darbar had reached the temple on May 23. Sharing details about the temple, Mishra said Sapt Mandir's construction work is over and 90 per cent of the 'Parkota' work will be completed by June-July. 'From June 3, prayers of all the idols will begin… The construction of the temple is moving towards its completion… Sapt Mandir is completed. 90% of the 'Parkota' work will be completed by June-July… The 'Parkota' work will be completed by September…," he said. The Chairman added that they are expecting that the entire construction of the temple gets completed by year end. He added that the construction of the exhibition and auditorium has begun recently and this project is likely to get over by March 26. He further said that devotees will be allowed to visit every part of the temple within next two months. Ram temple construction to be overby year-end, says Nripendra Misra

Lucknow: The construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is progressing rapidly and will be completed by the year-end, said temple construction committee chairman Nripendra Misra on Saturday. He said devotees would be allowed to visit all parts of the temple complex within the next two months. Misra said all the idols to be installed in the temple have arrived and now the Temple Trust will begin the work of Pran Pratishtha. He said the idol of Lord Shiv will be installed on May 31 and mark the start of rituals leading up to the main consecration events. The consecration of the Ram Darbar, featuring idols of Lord Ram, Sita and Hanuman, is scheduled from June 3-5. The ceremony will be led by 101 Vedic scholars, primarily from Kashi and Ayodhya. According to reports, the temple trust has decided to invite mainly spiritual leaders instead of VIPs from the central or state govts for the June 5 ceremony. Misra said 'Sapt Mandir' (seven temples) work had been completed. It houses temples dedicated to sages and devotees associated with Lord Ram. These include temples of Maharishi Valmiki, Vashistha, Vishwamitra, Ahalya, Shabari, Nishadraj and Agastya Muni. Likewise, 90% of the 'Parkota' work is expected to be completed by June-July and it will be fully ready by Sept, Misra said. The construction of the exhibition and auditorium has started and would be completed by March next year, he added.

By the end of 2025, all construction projects initiated in 2020 are expected to be fully realised," he said. The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir is constructed in traditional Nagara style. Its length (east-west) is 380 feet, its width is 250 feet, and its height is 161 feet. 392 pillars and 44 doors support it. The temple's pillars and walls showcase intricately sculpted depictions of Hindu deities, Gods, and Goddesses. In the main sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor, the childhood form of Bhagwan Shri Ram (the idol of Shri Ramlalla) has been placed. Lakhs of devotees have been flocking to Ayodhya since the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla. Daily visitors to the Hanumangarhi Ram Temple have also been increasing rapidly.
