Syria Hands Over Mastermind Behind Pascal Sleiman's Murder to Lebanon
Following contacts made by Lebanese Forces officials with the Syrian authorities, and further coordination by Lebanon's Intelligence Directorate with the Syrian government, the latter handed over Ahmad Noun to the Lebanese authorities. Ahmad Noun is the leader of the gang that kidnapped and killed Lebanese Forces official Pascal Sleiman last year. With Noun's handover, alongside the four detainees, all the elements needed to uncover the truth in Sleiman's assassination case are now complete.

Lebanese Army receives key suspect in Pascal Sleiman's murder from Syrian authorities
Following a series of communications between the Lebanese Army's Office of Coordination and Cooperation and Syrian authorities, the army has received one of the main suspects involved in the kidnapping and murder of Lebanese citizen Pascal Sleiman. The suspect, identified as A.N., was handed over to Army Intelligence, which is continuing its investigation into the crime that occurred on April 7, 2024. According to military sources, A.N. is the leader of a gang involved in kidnappings, theft, and forgery, with numerous arrest warrants issued against him. Investigations are now underway under the supervision of the competent judiciary.

The LAF has received one of the key perpetrators involved in the kidnapping and murder of citizen Pascal Sleiman
Saturday, 24 May 2025 The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement: After a series of communications conducted by the Cooperation and Coordination Office in the LAF with the Syrian authorities, the office received the citizen (A.N.), who is one of the key perpetrators involved in the kidnapping and murder of citizen Pascal Sleiman on April 7, 2024. The arrested individual was handed over to the Military Intelligence Directorate, which is concurrently following up on the security aspects of the crime. The arrestee leads a gang involved in kidnapping, theft, and forgery, and there are numerous arrest warrants against him. An investigation has commenced under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
