Sam Faiers reveals her heartbreak as late grandmother Wendy's treasured wedding ring is stolen from her £2million mansion
Sam Faiers has been left heartbroken after thieves stole her late grandmother's wedding ring from her £2million mansion. The reality star returns to mainstream TV with her older sister on Tuesday evening with the launch of her new show, Sam & Billie: The Sister Act. But the imminent launch has been overshadowed by the theft of her beloved Nanny Wendy's watch from the sprawling Surrey home she bought with partner Paul Knightley in 2022. The treasured accessory remained with the mother-of-three after 77-year old Wendy tragically died in 2021 following a battle with pneumonia. Other valued possessions are also believed to be missing, and according to sources the culprit was someone known to Faiers, 34. The reality star moved into the Cobham property with her family after previously renting a £7,000 a month house in the local area for two years while searching for her dream home. Her ordeal is expected to play out in new fly-on-the-wall show Sam & Billie: The Sister Act, when it airs on ITV2 later this week. Faiers has since stepped up security at her property, with insiders revealing the mum-of-three is taking every measure possible to ensure nothing else is stolen. Faiers was devastated following the death of her grandmother, and subsequently shared a moving tribute across her social media channels. She wrote: 'Nanny Wendy, a week today the lord called you home to heaven. I will love you forever nan, you was such a huge inspiration to Billie and I. 'From day one we was your 'Miss Worlds' you spoke positivity over us our whole life. You loved us unconditionally. You truly was the best nan ever.' She continued: 'I can hear your voice everyday, 'hello my darling, how are you'. You would call us almost everyday for a chat, you would come to all the parties and events with us, I have thousands of special memories with you, nan you are a legend.' Viewers of the forthcoming show will see Faiers and her older sister Billie 'battle with health worries' and 'face shocking truths' while making memories as a family unit. A press release reads: 'Finally, Sam and Billie are reunited, enter the next chapter of their lives as they take on the world together. 'With the kids a bit older it's time for them to focus more on themselves and take a bit of sister time out whilst maintaining the crazy juggle of motherhood, their careers and celebrity life.' It adds: 'From emotional heart-to-hearts and healing past wounds to celebrating milestones and facing life's unexpected curveballs, the sisters join forces to ride the glamorous highs and humbling lows. 'With several trips abroad, glitzy events and family life back home, this series is access all areas.' The sisters, who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex, originally confirmed their return to reality TV in April. A source told The Sun: 'Of all the original TOWIE stars, they've kept a fiercely loyal fanbase for nearly 15 years and everyone was sad when Sam and then Billie decided to call time on their fly-on-the-wall shows. 'The new series, which will air later this year, will look at motherhood from a different angle and be less about the kids and more about their careers and juggling their businesses.' It's a curveball for Faiers, who initially quit reality TV to live a more private life away from the cameras in 2021, after walking away from Sam & Billie: The Mummy Diaries. She said at the time: 'After many months of consideration, I've decided that now feels like the right time to step away and to focus on new adventures. 'I truly have watched all the most defining moments in my adult life play out on The Mummy Diaries - bringing two beautiful children into the world, my relationship with Paul, building my businesses, creating a home together as a family, and of course all the wonderful memories with Billie and my family. 'I'm so grateful to ITV and Potato for giving me and my children the best home movies anyone could ask for, I could never have imagined seven years ago that we would still be here today - 9 series on! But more importantly, I will be forever appreciative to our incredible viewers. 'There's no family more entertaining than the Shepherds, so I can't wait to sit back as a viewer for a change and watch the fun play out while I have a few adventures of my own away from the cameras.'

Sam Faiers mum-shamed AGAIN as fans spot her kids' ‘sunburned faces' after she admitted they don't wear SPF
SAM Faiers has been mum-shamed AGAIN, as fans spot her kids' "sunburned faces" after she admitted they don't wear SPF. It comes after the reality star, 34, recently shared a "dangerous" conspiracy theory saying her kids have "built up a tolerance" to sunburn. 7 7 7 7 Sam faced some backlash recently after she admitted that her family "doesn't use sun cream". The former Towie star, who is mum to Paul, 5, Rosie, 5, and three-year-old Edward, is currently on holiday with her kids and long-term partner Paul Knightley. The family are on vacation in Mallorca, Spain, where temperatures are currently hitting 34C. In her latest Instagram post, Sam shared a slew of snaps of her and the kids enjoying their holiday. However, the post has sparked some concern from fans. Mum-shamers have claimed that the childrens' faces looked a bit "red" from sun exposure. Taking to the comments, one said: "The kids faces look a bit red. I'd rather my kids wear sun cream and have a possible reaction than get skin cancer. Just saying!!!" Another added: "She actually admitted in a previous post that she don't put sun cream on them!!" However, other fans jumped to her defence, with one saying: "They are absolutely not red gorgeous summer glow about them looking very healthy as kids should." While another said: "Her kids have naturally olive skin like me - My Mum never put sun cream on me back in the 70's. Never used it since and I love the sun!" The latest backlash comes after Sam admitted to not using sun cream on her children as they have "built up a really good tolerance". Her confession came after she decided to do a Q&A with fans. During it, one person asked the former Towie star: 'What suntan lotion do you use as you have a good natural colour?' Sam shared: 'So this is always a bit of a controversial one, but honestly, me and my whole family don't actually wear sunscreen. 'Over the years, the kids have built up a really good tolerance to being in the sun. Of course, if it's really hot and the sun feels too harsh. 'I'll make sure we head into the shade.. usually around lunchtime we'll go in, have something to eat, and just avoid those peak hours.' She went on: 'I'm really careful about sunscreen in general, because a lot of them are actually pretty harmful and full of toxic ingredients. 'If you do want to protect your kids, I think SPF swimwear is such a good and safer option. But also, don't be afraid of the sun! Early in the morning or later in the afternoon when it's not as strong, I love letting the kids run around and soak it up it's so good for them. 7 7 7 'That said, I do always bring a Tallow Zine SPF with me when I go away, just in case. And hats or caps are a must! especially for us ladies, because no one wants extra sun damage (I've had my fair share over the years because I'm such a sun lover!).' In response to the backlash, Sam admitted she was not an medical expert but was sharing her own experience with sunscreen. She wrote on Instagram: "Wow, I've received so many kind and supportive messages from my sunscreen post. Thank you. "I'd definitely recommend doing a little research into which tallow you'd like to use, there are lots of amazing options out there." She continued: "PS: Just sharing my experience and tips (not an expert)." The reality star then shared a photo of a brand of tallow that she usually relies on as an alternative to sunscreen. The importance of sun cream in your skincare routine Dermatologist and skincare enthusiast Andrea Suarez - known as Dr Dray - revealed why you should wear suncream. The one thing you can do that will make the biggest difference - and this matters for all ages - is protecting your skin from the sun, Andrea stressed. "The vast majority of external aging is due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation," she continued, not because you're "not using some jazzy serum or layering 90 different things on your face everyday". "If you're not doing in your 20s, get on that now." But she said the use of sun cream alone doesn't go far enough. Andrea urged that you also wear sun-protective clothing like broad-brimmed hats and long sleeves, on top of not staying out too long in the sun. Doing this over your lifetime - and all year, not just during the summer or on sunny days - "will reduce the visible signs of photoageing", Andrea said. Those are wrinkles, muddled pigmentation and sagging skin.

Sam Faiers' mother-in-law Gaynor Knightley shares family holiday snaps without her - amid claims Paul is 'dragging his feet' over proposing
Sam Faiers' mother-in-law Gaynor Knightley has shared some 'family' snaps from their holiday to Mallorca but failed to include any photos of Sam. The doting grandmother gushed over her son and three grandchildren in an Instagram post which she captioned: 'My beautiful family'. However despite Sam being on the trip with them, she did not feature in either photo posted by Gaynor this week. Sam's absence in the social media post comes amid reports that her long-term partner is 'dragging his feet' over proposing. In the photos, Sam's partner Paul posed proudly beside his mother, who looked glam in a black blouse and camel trousers. A second photograph showed them with their arms around Sam and Paul's three children, Paul, nine, Rosie, seven, and Edward, three. One fan wrote in the comment section: 'Such a shame Sam isn't in the photo'. Sam has shared her own sweet updates from the trip, including a snap of herself and Gaynor enjoying a cocktail together over lunch. Sam and her real estate developer beau have been together since 2014. In the years since meeting her partner, Sam has become somewhat of a business magnate and it is thought she is worth around £9million thanks to her businesses Revive Collagen and her kids' range with Tesco, called The Sam Faiers Edit. But the range used to be called Knightley's Adventures, after her beau's surname, and sources have told The Sun that Paul was 'disappointed' to have his name axed. In fact the name change is reportedly among reasons causing Paul to 'drag his feet' on proposing, with him 'struggling with the dynamic' of her soaring business success. One source said: 'Without meaning to, the dynamic in the house has changed and people suspect that Paul is starting to feel like he has been left behind. Another added: 'It's no secret Sam has always been the main breadwinner, but over the last couple of years, she has become a business magnate to rival Kim Kardashian.' In the years since meeting her partner, Sam has become somewhat of a business magnate and it is thought she is worth around £9million thanks to her businesses Revive Collagen (Pictured) Sam has previously been very honest about her thoughts on marriage, and admitted she does think it will happen eventually. Speaking on her podcast The Sam and Billie Show with sister Billie, she said: 'I get this question of when will we get married all the time. I just think, number 1 I don't know what the rush is. 'We've had a lot of pressure from people who watch our show and people ask 'why aren't you married yet, when is it going to happen?' 'I know we will get married – but I'm so grateful that we have it all to look forward to and in our relationship, we've done the hardest bit (having kids). It is a big challenge and change for a couple. 'I know it's not the right or correct way round but it doesn't matter. But we have done the hardest bit and then hopefully the marriage will be a success and last forever! 'I've never been in a major rush. Some people want to get married before having children but that was never on our agendas. 'But I am looking forward to having all three of my children at the wedding so I'm grateful that it has happened this way round. The more pressure put on us it pushes Paul away. And did you know that 42 per cent of marriages end in divorce!'

Sam Faiers looked chic as she joined her partner Paul Knightley at Wimbledon on Wednesday following reports he's said to be 'dragging his feet' proposing to her. After a weekend of intermittent rain and occasional sunshine, guests at Centre Court were treated to glorious 26 degree heat as they watch Novak Djokovic take on flamboyant Italian Flavio Cobolli in their quarter final second. Former TOWIE star Sam, 34, dressed for the occasion in a khaki three-piece suit by Holland Cooper. She added a pair of gold flats and accessorised her outfit with a white leather handbag. Paul opted for smart trousers which he dressed down with a navy blue T-shirt and leather trainers. The couple posed for photos in the Vodafone Lounge before taking their seats inside the court. Sam Faiers' long-term partner Paul Knightley may be 'dragging his feet' on proposing as he's 'struggling with the dynamic' of TOWIE star's soaring success in business
Sam Faiers ' long-term partner Paul Knightley reportedly may be 'dragging his feet' on proposing to her. And did you know that 42 per cent of marriages end in divorce!' Billie then added: 'It really shouldn't be a pressure or a stigma, you should do it when it suits you.' Earlier this year, the couple looked more in love than ever as they enjoyed a romantic Valentine's Day getaway to Soho Farmhouse. Sam shared a number of dreamy snaps from her stay at the countryside retreat and the pair couldn't keep their hands off each other as they shared a sweet kiss in their hotel room. She then shared a stunning mirror selfie as she posed head-to-toe in a causal designer outfit with a huge bouquet of pink, green, and white flowers. The next morning Sam looked fresh faced as she stripped off naked for a scenic bath with the bunch of flowers beside her. This was followed by an adorable countryside bike ride to Daylesford farm, where the couple enjoyed a look around all the organic produce and a stone oven pizza. As the evening approached, Paul decided to put on the wood burning fireplace in their hotel and the couple enjoyed a cozy evening in. Sam captioned the snaps: 'My kind of therapy.' But in 2023, Sam revealed she hasn't shared a bed with Paul for six years as she said they sleep in separate rooms with different children. Speaking on the Parenting Hell podcast she said: 'Me and Paul haven't shared a bed for six years. We're still in separate rooms. 'I'm in the spare room with Edward, who I've recently got into the cot, but he's still in the room with just me.' She went on to tell hosts Josh Widdicombe and Rob Beckett that her older children sleep in the master bedroom with partner Paul and it's a routine the family have 'just never gotten out of'. 'Before [youngest child] Edward came along it was just like two and two - like one adult and one child.' 'And we've never kind of gotten out of it.' When asked how the couple had managed to have two more children without sleeping together, Sam cheekily admitted they still managed some nookie, saying: 'You have to be inventive I guess. It kind of works, but it is getting a bit much now'. She went on to discuss her reservations about once again sharing a bed with her beau, whom she began dating in 2014. 'I think about it and I'm not sure. Because obviously I love Paul - and I'm actually quite an affectionate person - but he's a bit of a night owl. So I go to bed earlier and when he does come in it's like football highlights. 'It's a big, bright (screen), and I don't like sleeping with the telly on, If it was me and him he'd put the telly on and then leave it on and fall asleep.'
