Showtime The talented ISPA students will grace the stage with numbers from acclaimed shows such as "Dear Evan Hansen", "My Fair Lady", "Les Mis", "The Greatest Showman" and "Hamilton", among others. In addition to "Showtime", the ISPA students will take part in the Open Horizons programme at the Jomba! Contemporary Dance Experience on August 28, showcasing their versatility in a piece choreographed by Gabriel Youngstar. Following that, on August 31, they will join the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra in the free Women's Month Concerts at the Pavilion Fountain Court, demonstrating a commitment to celebrating significant cultural events. Where: Olive Tree Church in Florida Road, Durban. When: Thursday, August 14, at 7pm. Once Upon a Tune Audiences can dive into the emotional depths of Zanne Stapelberg's "Once Upon a Tune". Known for her ability to weave stories through song, Stapelberg transforms each musical number into a theatrical monologue, delivering a powerful message of the human experience. Her performance invites the audience to reflect on the themes of life, love, loss, and laughter - an emotional journey not to be missed. Where: Playhouse Drama Theatre, Durban Central. When: Saturday, August 16, at 2pm. FORTHCOMING SHOW Becoming Benno Following phenomenal success at the Adelaide International Festival in Australia, Ben Voss is bringing "Becoming Benno" to his home ground. In this internationally acclaimed, heartfelt comedy, Voss is detained by border officials at Sydney Airport due to an issue with his permanent residency visa. Will he be admitted or sent back to SA? "Becoming Benno" is for anyone who has ever considered making another country home. Where: The Milkwood Theatre, Danville Park Girls' High School. When: August 22.
