A Documentary About A Chilling College Murder Case Is The Top Show On Peacock Right Now
'The Idaho Student Murders' is the top TV series on Peacock right now, according to the streamer's public ranking system.
The 90-minute documentary, released on July 3, examines the 2022 University of Idaho killings for which then-28-year-old criminology student Bryan Kohberger was charged with first-degree murder.
The film was released one day after Kohberger pleaded guilty on all counts in court.
The new Peacock doc features never-before-seen interviews with friends and family members of the four victims and highlights compelling details from the case, including a murder weapon accessory, DNA evidence and possible motives for Kohberger to commit the heinous crimes.

Prime Video's hit series 'The Summer I Turned Pretty' is already trending on the streamer ahead of its highly anticipated third and final season. The coming-of-age romance centers on a teenage girl navigating her first love and heartbreak while caught in a complicated summertime love triangle between two brothers.
The show is based on Jenny Han's (author of the 'To All the Boys' trilogy) popular trilogy of the same name. The first two episodes of Season 3 premiere on July 13, followed by new weekly episodes on Wednesdays.
