Penrith Beer Festival 2025 to feature music, street food, and craft beer
Only three weeks remain until Penrith Beer Festival 2025. Set to take place on Friday, June 20, and Saturday, June 21, at Frenchfields, Penrith, organisers have announced this year's event will be "bigger, bolder, and more beer-soaked than ever." More than 40 real ales from breweries in Cumbria and beyond will be available, along with lagers, ciders, wines, spirits, and low or no alcohol options. Live music will feature heavily at the festival, with a full line-up announced for both days. On Friday, June 20, DJ Fdog, The Hoo, and AKA Skafell will take the stage. Saturday, June 21, will see performances from Pottsy, Nobody's Friends Shanty Group, Cassette Baby, Beachmaster, Danny Abbott, and Somethin' Brewin'. The acts cover a range of genres, from shanty songs to ska, indie, rock, blues, and 80s anthems. Festival-goers can also enjoy a selection of food vendors and a large beer tent. A spokesperson for the event said: "It's two full days of top-tier live music, incredible food vendors, and a friendly, festival atmosphere all under cover in our huge beer tent as you can't guarantee the weather."
