It also specialises in installing renewable technology such as solar panels and heat pumps. John Hatt, 46, a former apprentice draughtsman, founded the Gillingham-based business in 2017. He leads it alongside Sam Stageman, 40, who joined as co-director four years later. Sales were £15.9 million in the year to February.
