A new farmers market arrived in Minneapolis this week.
The Uptown Farmers Market opened for the season on June 12 at the east side of Seven Points Mall, just a block down from the intersection of Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue.
The new market takes place every Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be setting up shop weekly through Sept. 25.
It's promising a slate of more than 35 vendors each week, including eight produce stands, food from shops like Peppered Palate and Dutch Oven Divas Sourdough Bakery, craft vendors, and a handful of food trucks.
