2P hammers out SAR 66.6M deal with NWC
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed, on May 19, a contract for the operation of the unified contact center, Voice Channels, for National Water Co. (NWC) for SAR 66.63 million, including VAT. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the three-year contract entails providing specialized services to establish and operate the unified contact center. This includes managing operations, hiring people, and providing technical solutions and platforms. The contract period is for three contractual years (36 months), and it is expected to have a positive financial effect during 2025, 2026 and 2027.

2P signs SAR 20M operations, maintenance deal with Sports Boulevard
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a contract on March 27 to operate and maintain technical systems in Zones 1 and 5 of the Sports Boulevard Project, under a framework agreement with a financial ceiling of nearly SAR 20 million, inclusive of VAT. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valid for 36 months, with the financial impact to be realized from 2025 through 2028. The agreement covers a detailed 24/7 operation and maintenance plan for seven core systems and network infrastructures in the two zones. These include the public address and voice alarm (PAVA) system, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, access control system, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, wayfinding systems, lighting control system, and the Pavegen (step energy generation) system. Under the contract, 2P will ensure the continuous operation of these technological systems while enhancing security and operational efficiency through both preventive and corrective maintenance. The company will also provide effective oversight and management to support system longevity and performance, offer ongoing technical support for users, and ensure compliance with technical and security standards. In addition, it will establish a flexible and adaptable technical framework that can evolve with future technological advancements. 2P received the signed agreement on April 7. The company confirmed that no related parties are involved in the deal.
