All the restaurants at Atlantis The Royal: Here's where to eat at this iconic Dubai hotel

If you haven't noticed already, we're mad about food here at Time Out Dubai. And Atlantis The Royal has some great dining spots. From Persian and Greek to medieval British and afternoon tea, you can get your hands on a lot at this iconic hotel. Here is a breakdown of all the restaurants at Atlantis The Royal. Ariana's Persian Kitchen Cuisine: Persian TV chef and cookbook author Ariana Bundy brought her Persian flavours to the city. Famed for her 'Pomegranates and Roses: My Persian Family Recipes' and television travel show Ariana's Persian Kitchen, Ariana's Kitchen will serve up modern twists on Persian classics. Head to Ariana's and you'll step into a world of mellow, perfumed, Persian dishes, where fruits, nuts, herbaceous plants and floral fragrances merge with meats, grains and vegetables. One dish on the menu that Bundy loves? 'The kubideh. This dish has a cult following,' she said to Time Out Dubai. The female-led concept is a fresh, modern take on Iranian cuisine, serving Persian classics spun with a refreshingly modern twist in terms of textures, ingredients and presentation. Check out our full Ariana's Persian Kitchen review here Open daily from noon-2.30pm and 6.30pm-10.30pm. Atlantis The Royal, ground floor (04 426 2626) Cloud 22 Cuisine: French-Mediterranean A pool club in the sky, Cloud 22 features a large infinity pool over the epic view it's afforded from being on the 22nd floor. Here you'll find cabanas, live DJs and a special VIP section. There will also be a French Mediterranean menu on offer to enjoy while you relax. Cloud 22 is instagrammable, to say the least. With multiple pools and hot tubs spread across the venue, we expect Cloud 22 will be one of the hottest spots to enjoy an oyster or two while seeing the sunset. Unwind in one of its duplex cabanas, while you see the Arabian Gulf stretch out before you as you lounge in one of the floating round sunbeds. Sun-Wed 10am-8pm. Thu-Sat 10am-11pm. Atlantis The Royal, 22nd floor (04 426 2626). Check out our full Cloud 22 review here Heston Blumenthal's Dinner by Heston Cuisine: Medieval British First announced back in 2018, the British experimental chef behind The Fat Duck, Heston Blumenthal, has brought his creative spark and innovative gastronomy dishes to Dubai in his first restaurant in the city – Dinner By Heston Blumenthal. The restaurant takes a historic look back at British medieval cuisine from the 1300s. One of the world's most unique and exciting restaurants, Dinner is a relaxed and informal dining experience. The menu delves into British gastronomy's past, with dishes bearing historical dates and stretching back as far as the 14th century. All dishes are accompanied by an eclectic selection of global grapes, with a lively bar offering a bespoke range of drinks, distillations, and infusions. Experiential dining at its best, expect the unexpected. His iconic and signature dishes, such as the meat fruit, a playful mandarin and chicken liver parfait, and jovially named tipsy cake, a spit roast pineapple dessert circa 1810, are world-renowned. Check out our full Dinner by Heston review here Open daily, 6pm-11pm, Sat noon-3pm and 6pm-11pm. Atlantis The Royal, ground floor (04 426 2444). estiatorio Milos Dubai Cuisine: Greek Recognised as one of the finest Greek Mediterranean restaurants in the world, estiatorio Milos by chef Costas Spiliadis originated in Montreal in 1979 and with outposts in New York, Athens, Las Vegas, Miami and London. With views over the resort's water fountains, chef Spiliadis serves up Greek seafood dishes plus a very fancy raw bar. You'll find everything from Greek wild oysters and ceviches to tzatziki on the menu. And the alfresco terrace with front-row seats to the Skyblaze fountain will be a key moment for anyone dining out here. Check out our full estiatorio Milos Dubai review here Open daily, noon-3pm, 6pm-11pm. Atlantis The Royal, promenade floor (04 426 2555). Gastronomy Cuisine: International Buffet An all-day dining restaurant inspired by a food market, there's a wide variety of cuisine on offer. Gastronomy also features its own live oyster bar and impressive grape cellar to cater to more refined palates. This is not an ordinary hotel all-day dining experience. Regardless of the station at Gastronomy Dubai, one thing is for sure, the quality and flavours of each ingredient are pretty exceptional. Serving farm-to-table dishes, there's also a dedicated grape cellar so you can pair your meal with a class of grape from around the globe. Open daily, breakfast 7am-11.30am, dinner 6pm-10.30pm. Atlantis The Royal, ground floor (04 426 2626). La Mar by Gastón Acurio Cuisine: Peruvian Heralding from Peru's multiculturalism, with strong Japanese, Chinese and European influences, La Mar by Gastón Acurio promises to take Peruvian cuisine to the next level. Presented by the man charged with 'transforming the western South American country into a culinary hotspot', La Mar delivers a distinctive culinary experience ranging from upscale Novo-Andean fare to Asian-Peruvian fusion and traditional seafood ceviche. Relying heavily on traditional Peruvian seafood but with sustainably-sourced grub at its core, the team behind the restaurant said that all fish served at La Mar is sustainably sourced to alleviate over-exploited fish species. Check out our full La Mar review here Open daily, 6pm-1am. Atlantis The Royal (04 426 2626). Ling Ling by Hakkasan Credit: Ling Ling Cuisine: Pan Asian Located in the 'crown of Atlantis The Royal', Ling Ling overlooks the resort's expansive Skypool, Cloud 22, with views of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf. Upon arrival, you will be whisked up to the 22nd and 23rd floors via two private elevators. Ling Ling's motto is 'arrive early, leave late', showcasing its position as a late-night destination. Inspired by izakaya, where food accompanies beverages (rather than the other way around), the drinks are at the heart of the experience with an evolving menu. Ling Ling's culinary highlights fuse Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean influences without leaving aside the Cantonese origins of Hakkasan that are present in every course. The menu includes signature dishes: Australian lobster pad Thai, tea-smoked duck kueh pie tee, 24k gold A5 wagyu & lobster maki sushi rolls, along with signature desserts, coconut in paradise and warm chocolate hazelnut moelleux. Check out our full Ling Ling review here Open daily, 6pm-1am. Atlantis The Royal, 22nd-23rd floor (04 426 2626). Malibu 90265 Credit: Malibu 90265 Cuisine: American Inspired by the West Coast of America, Malibu 90265 is an American diner serving your classic USA bites. Atlantis The Royal, promenade floor (04 426 2626). Nobu by the Beach Cuisine: Japanese Taking Nobu's winning formula and turning it alfresco, Nobu by the Beach is a pool and beach club blend. There's an outdoor restaurant and a beach club. The setting merges the modern architecture of Atlantis The Royal with an interpretation of Nobu's signature style. Check out our full Nobu by the Beach review here Pool: 9am-7pm. Restaurant: 11.30am-7pm. Atlantis The Royal, promenade level (04 426 2626). Picking up an impressive reputation in the US with celebs and the public alike since its initial launch, CARBONE has hosted everyone from Rihanna to Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Drake over the years.
