Exclusive- Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan's Anuja Sathe on the content explored on TV: People want to see female-centric characters on screen
Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, television's vast historical epic, continues to captivate audiences with an incredible storyline, grand visuals, and strong performances. Anuja Sathe exclusively shared whether she plans to return to TV and the kind of roles she wishes to portray. Anuja on whether she has plans to return to TV, "No, not yet. Not on TV, no daily. I've just finished shooting for a web show, which is a very different, completely different genre. It's something in the pipeline, and I recently shot for it. So, when you're fully occupied with something like this on TV, there's no chance to shoot for another show because the demands are so high and it's very time-consuming. Therefore, it's impossible to work on another TV show. However, of course, there are different mediums you can explore, and you can juggle two or three projects simultaneously." She further reacted on what should be explored on TV in terms of content, "There are so many things that we've not done. Or I would say that now the perspective of looking towards content has already changed, and we are seeing a lot of women-centric projects coming up, and content coming up. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch CFD với công nghệ và tốc độ tốt hơn IC Markets Đăng ký Undo So, I think sooner or later, I mean, it's already happening. So, I don't know who's working on what right now at this moment, but I'm sure that people want to watch something new, people want to go back to their roots, and people want to see female-centric characters on screen. " Anuja would love to see the warrior side of Bajirao, as well as explore it herself. "I have done Peshwa Bajirao with the same channel before. It was again a historical. So, I don't mind seeing Peshwa's other side instead of seeing the Bajirao-Mastani love story. But I would love to see the warrior side of Peshwa Bajirao again." Fans, Siddharth Nigam Is Shooting For A Web Series In Bareilly
Last Updated: Siddharth Nigam marked the beginning of his new project with the first shot in Bareilly, sparking fan frenzy. Siddharth Nigam has recently been spotted in Bareilly, and ever since the first clip from the location surfaced, fans haven't been able to keep calm. The buzz around his presence is loud, with many calling this upcoming project 'raw and intense' — a gritty shift from his previous work. A behind-the-scenes video from the shoot has gone viral, showing Siddharth holding the clapboard during the muhurat scene (the ceremonial first shot of the film). With the entire cast and crew in action, it's clear the team has hit the ground running, filled with energy and excitement for an upcoming web series. The visuals from the location reveal Siddharth completely immersed in powerful emotional scenes, set against the earthy and rustic backdrop of Bareilly — from quiet villages and open fields to its buzzing, colourful streets. These glimpses have added a layer of excitement, especially among the local audience. He is seen performing intense sequences and sharing the frame with local actors, signalling a clear departure from his earlier fantasy-based roles to something more rooted and real. Candid clips capturing him rehearsing dialogues, collaborating with the crew, and giving intense expressions hint at a raw, possibly indie-style film in the making. While the exact details of the project remain under wraps, the buzz around it suggests a compelling new phase in his career and fans are eager to witness it. Those who have followed Siddharth from his TikTok days would remember his viral lip-sync and short videos that once ruled social media. His acting journey began in 2011 with a Bournvita advertisement. And that caught the attention of the makers of Dhoom 3, who then cast him as the young Sahir/Samar in the 2013 blockbuster. That marked the beginning of his cinematic career, and there's been no looking back since. Over the years, Siddharth has been part of several mythological and historical television series — including Maha Kumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani (2015), Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Peshwa Bajirao, Chandra Nandini and Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga — where he won hearts with his compelling performances. Not just that, he even showcased his dancing skills in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9 as a contestant. His work in mainstream cinema, including his role in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, further cemented his popularity. Up next, he will be seen in Blue Tick opposite Parul Gulati. And now, with this mysterious Bareilly shoot stirring fresh excitement, it seems Siddharth Nigam is all set to add yet another intriguing chapter to his ever-evolving journey.
