Dior Addict Lip Glow Above The best lip balms, lip glosses and lip butters to try Dior Beauty has given fans of the cult favourite Dior Addict Lip Glow even more reason to love it with an upgraded cutting‐edge formula that blends natural ingredients with advanced technology for a deeply moisturising lip balm that delivers custom colour. Boasting 97 per cent natural‐origin ingredients, including emollients such as cherry oil, shea butter, and sunflower and rice bran waxes, it has at its heart the Colour Reviver technology derived from hero ingredient eosin, which reacts to the lips' pH level to reveal a shade unique to its wearer. Peter Philips, creative and image director for Dior Makeup, has also expanded the original palette to include fresh hues with warm undertones to better suit a wider range of complexions—delivering a more encompassing comforting balm that soothes dry, flaky patches while leaving behind a luscious and bespoke barely there tint for a naturally enhanced finish. Its formula is driven by the Conditioning Complex, a blend of emollients and nourishing oils that not just moisturises but also contributes to a glossy finish, and has menthyl lactate as well, which supplies an instant cooling sensation. The brand has now added four new options to bring its colour selection up to 20: three pearlescent shades infused with finely milled pearls—Wander, a soft peachy pink; Invite, a rosy brown; and Secret, a deep rose—and a highly anticipated sheer, buildable red (Red 0) that eschews the insect‐derived carmine, the industry's go‐to red pigment, for a vegan alternative to align with Hourglass's commitment to cruelty‐free beauty. Sigi Skin Butter Glaze Lip Jelly Above Sigi Skin's Butter Glaze Lip Jelly comes in three wearable shades In October 2024, Singapore beauty brand Sigi Skin ventured into cosmetics with the debut of its Butter Glaze Lip Jelly in three wearable shades—Vanilla Smores, a clear gloss; Strawberry Cream, a nude pink; and Peach Sorbet, a delicious coral peach. Perfectly suited to Singapore's climate, it provides long‐lasting moisture and shine that holds up in heat and humidity, leaving lips smooth, comforted and bearing a gorgeous hint of colour. Early this year, the brand introduced two limited‐edition hues: the wildly popular Cherry Crush, a deep burgundy, and Sweet Sakura, an iridescent pink. Use the lip jelly on its own or as a shiny topcoat over your favourite lipstick. At Dior Cruise 2026 in Rome, Peter Philips Gave Models a Hauntingly Beautiful Pearlescent Glow
Courtesy of Dior In the breathtaking gardens of the Villa Albani Torlonia on May 27, fashion's finest gathered to watch the Dior Cruise 2026 show after a picture-perfect, blue sky day in Rome. But just as the models hit the catwalk, the skies opened and poured rain, adding a touch of auspicious drama to the moment. Quite fitting, considering Maria Grazia Chiuri's inspiration for the collection was ghosts and the history of cinema in Rome, a veritable love letter to her native city for what turned out to be her final show after nine years. Inside the Beauty Look The beauty look by Peter Philips followed suit. 'This show is an interaction between living personalities and ghosts,' the creative and image director for Christian Dior Makeup says backstage. 'The girls are made up almost in a ghost way, but not in a scary way,' he confides, noting that he wanted to give a preternaturally smooth, luminous finish to skin akin to the marble statues that add a knowing character to the Eternal City To get the 'very pure, quintessentially clean and nude' look, the makeup guru subtly highlighted eyes while playing up a pearlescent complexion. Skin prep was key. First, he smoothed the eye area by popping on the Dior Eye Patches for ten minutes before applying Dior Capture Le Sérum to hyper-moisturize. Tone was evened out with Dior Forever Skin Perfect foundation stick. Getting Their Glow On He then added 'a bit of highlight' to the center of each eye with the champagne shade in the new Diorshow 5 Couleurs compact in 557 Brown Cashemire. A stroke of Diorshow On Stage Crayon in 594 Brown along the roots of lashes provided a touch of definition, just 'a little bit of brown trail.' He says. A dab of Dior Forever Glow Luminizer in 06 Opal Sequin on cheekbones and high points heightened the decidedly buffed luminosity. On lips, Philips chose a slick of Dior Addict Lip Butter in 103 Toffee, since it has 'no pearlescent' quality but simply a sheen to offset the iridescence on skin. A Crown Affair As for the hair at Dior Cruise 2026, Guido Paulo styled braided chignons. 'The shape of the hair is very much like a Roman sculpture,' Philips says. Think 'Roman ladies in toga-style dresses.' The woven updos proved to be the perfect expression of Roman beauty — and perfectly rain-proof when the weather threw a curveball. Time to Party After the show, the rain stopped — perhaps by divine intervention. Guests then floated their way through the gardens to bartenders flowing champagne into cut crystal coups while a string quartet played. The theatrical vibe of the evening continued as fashion's most formidable mingled with celebs and friends of the house including Rachel Brosnahan, Alexandra Daddario, Sarah Catherine Hook, Liza Koshy and Style Not Com's Beka Gvishiani over plates of pasta and braesola with parmesan. The revelry continued well into the night; an ethereal spirit seen through Maria Grazia Chiuri's lens was in the air — a very fitting finale for the Italian design legend who championed feminism and following one's art… with heart.

Cosmo Editors Review the New Dior Rosy Blushes & Lip Glow Butter
Dior has the viral makeup thing all figured out. The brand's beloved Lip Glow Oil and buzzy Forever Skin Foundation Stick are internet favorites, and their latest drops—two blushes and the cutest lip gloss, all a part of the brand's Backstage Collection—are about to be the same. Team Cosmo got an early preview of the new launches and has been busy testing them for the past month, and now that they're available to shop, we can finally share our reviews. Keep scrolling for a full rundown of the new Dior Addict Lip Glow Butter, Backstage Rosy Glow Powder Blush, and Backstage Rosy Glow Stick Blush—including what we love about them, how we've been using them, notes on the shade ranges, and more. I first learned about the collection via a Zoom call with Peter Philips, Christian Dior Makeup's creative and image director. He described it as 'cute, playful, and yummy,' which are three words I don't typically associate with Dior as a brand, but he is totally right in using them here. Visually, the blushes and lip balm have a joyfulness about them, and the shade range feels candy-inspired, so yummy vibes are happening as well. The Lip Glow Butter and Rosy Glow Blushes are intended to 'seduce a new Dior customer' and definitely cater to Gen Z (maybe even Gen Alpha?) but don't feel so young that my 33-year-old self isn't excited to use them. As for the specific products, the Lip Glow Butter—a new addition to the beloved Lip Glow franchise—is my favorite for sure. You know how everyone who was anyone was toting around a Lancôme Juicy Tube in the early 2000s? I predict that's what happens with charm-adorned Lip Glow Butter. It's not just makeup; it's an accessory that will come to define an era, along with baggy jeans, white t-shirts, sleek buns, and colorful Sambas. I also really like the Rosy Glow Blush Stick for the convenience factor. I'm all about makeup that requires little to no effort to look good, and the Rosy Glow Blush Stick is so easy to dab on and blend out with fingers for a quick flush. I'm wearing the shade 'Candy' on my cheeks in the pics above, which is honestly the most flattering peachy pink with a hint of shimmer for a subtle highlighting effect. At this point in my career, I've tested every single designer beauty brand, and Dior is my favorite. Everything I've tried, I've genuinely liked—and this summer collection is no exception. The blush sticks are my favorite. I tested a mix of shades: The lilac I'm holding in the selfie above—called Pink Lilac—didn't seem like it would be right for my medium complexion at first glance, but it actually blends out into a gorgeous bright purplish pink that leaves my skin so fresh looking. But my faves are definitely Rosewood and Cherry, which look great on their own but pair beautifully together for an ombré blush effect (see it in action above). I really love the original Backstage Rosy Glow Blushes because they are somewhat sheer upon first application but can be built up for a lot stronger pigment. And same goes for these—just with a hella dewy finish. These aren't shimmery though. Instead, they offer up a healthy-looking sheen that doesn't highlight any rough or uneven skin texture. Dior also reimagined their classic Addict Lip Glow Lip Balm into this extremely buttery version. It's similar to all the other tube lip balms we love (see: Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm or Laneige Lip Glowy Balm)—just in a hyper-luxe tube with a 'Dior' charm hanging from it. I couldn't look chicer when I pull this out of my bag. And the product inside the tube is fantastic. It's got the same minty, vanilla-esque scent of the Lip Glow Balm but with a much glossier finish. It's a lot more hydrating too. I've been wearing Glazed Lavender (with a lip liner for some dimension) nonstop. Ever since I tried the Lip Glow Oil and baby-pink powder blush that went viral on TikTok during the pandemic, I've been a Dior makeup convert. So I was so stoked to see this new and upgraded line. The first thing that struck me about the new launches is the packaging. The keychain with the Dior logo on the Lip Butter is SO cute and feels like a mini luxury accessory. It's been clipped to my coin wallet ever since I got it, and it's just so convenient to always have my lip product, keys, and cards in one place. And I also love the upgraded packaging on the powder blush and the chicness of the cream blushes. As for the actual formula, the Lip Glow Butter is truly the most pigmented lip balm that I've used in a looong time. It's so glassy and packed with color that you don't need to layer a bunch of products just to get the lip you want—it's all in this formula. And I have not stopped using the cream blush for the last month, specifically the pink shade. It gives me dewy cheeks and that coveted Sabrina Carpenter 'babydoll' glam. And I love layering the cream blush with the pink powder blush for a full glam moment or super-flushed look. Even though it's luxury makeup, it still feels accessible, modern, and the formulas have amazing color payoff. I can't tell you how many $50 blushes I've tried that don't even transfer onto the brush I'm using. The beauty product that changed my mind about foundation
I've not really used a proper foundation for a few years. I tend just to use a little tinted moisturiser all over, and a bit of concealer where I need it. But there is one product that has changed all of that: Dior's £48 Forever Skin Perfect multi-use foundation stick, one of the best foundations I have ever tried by far. I was introduced to it while on a trip to the Cannes Film Festival last spring. Dior Makeup's creative director Peter Philips was enthusiastically showing me and a couple of other beauty editors his most exciting launch in years: a shiny, palm-sized black case with a foundation stick within. Foundation sticks, in the world of make-up, used to feel a bit old-fashioned. They were the popular go-to product in films and in the theatre in the mid 20th century; back then, the sticks usually meant a thick formula that would add a mask-like layer of coverage on the skin. It may have looked great on camera, but only on camera. But Dior has spent five years developing the Forever foundation stick. Since its launch in the UK last autumn, it has been flying off shelves, which is not always a given for a luxury make-up product. But I can see why – rather than looking cakey on the skin and feeling drying, this foundation stick goes on like butter. It's also incredibly easy to use – just scribble on where you need it and blend – and there's no need for concealer, either. 'You can draw the stick straight on to your skin, and then blend it in with a brush or a beauty blender,' says Philips. I've been using a brush, which blends the foundation beautifully on to the skin, but I've also used my fingers and it works very well. You have a minute or two to blend the product in before it sets. 'The make-up result is a 'filter'-like finish,' says Philips, 'luminous and perfecting.' It can of course be used all over the face, but for the most natural finish, just apply it where you feel you need to even out the complexion a little, and blend. It has enough coverage to cover my dark circles, which is always impressive in my book. I also love that it's a portable size and easy to carry around for quick touch-ups or for travelling. It hasn't left my handbag in weeks, and has become my go-to foundation for evening events. If you're not into the trend for 'dewy' (read: shiny) liquid foundation, you'll love this. It gives the skin a semi-matt finish that looks grown-up and polished. The obsession with shine and gloss makes sense on the smooth skin of a 20-something, but as soon as you hit your mid-30s onwards, I think a semi-matt foundation offers the best finish. You won't need to use a powder over it, either, unless you have very oily skin. But as the formula is hydrating, Philips says you can apply a little less of your moisturiser underneath. To find the right shade for you, I'd suggest going to a counter in a department store or a big Boots – foundation is notoriously tricky to match online. Dior's foundation stick cleverly takes undertones into consideration, so as well as covering shades from fair to deep, it includes different tones based upon whether your skin is more golden, pinky or neutral. This makes it match your skin perfectly – as long as you are confident of your undertone. I'm a 3N, a shade that disappears when I draw the stick on my face. Exactly as a good foundation should. Three more ace bases Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint, £35, Charlotte Tilbury If you've ever tried Tilbury's Hollywood Flawless Filter before, this is like a solid version of it. You get a very light amount of coverage and a mega-watt glow on the skin. An excellent option for holidays when you just want a little 'something' on the face. Skin Rewind Complexion Stick, £48, Ilia This foundation comes in an impressively large array of shades – 42, to be exact, so you'll definitely be able to find your perfect match. It has a medium, buildable coverage, but can be sheered out to give an overall subtle, natural finish. The Minimalist Perfecting Complexion Stick, £34, Merit This is part concealer, part foundation stick; the finer nib makes it really easy to get into the under-eye area to conceal dark circles, but it can also be scribbled all over the cheeks and blended in with a brush to give an overall even complexion.
