BREAKING NEWS Melrose Place star and Heather Locklear's ex Jack Wagner, 65, marries girlfriend of four years

Melrose Place star Jack Wagner, 65, has gotten married to his girlfriend of four years, musician Michelle Wolf. The bride shared the news on social media on Sunday that they tied the knot. 'We did it!!!!!! MARRIED in front of our little family!! #MrAndMrs ♥️♥️♥️,' wrote Wolf on Instagram. The beauty wore an ivory sleeveless dress with matching veil and white platform heels while Wagner was in a black tuxedo and bow tie with a crisp white shirt. Jack's 34-year-old son Peter Wagner — whose mother is Jack's ex-wife Kristina Wagner — was there, as was Michelle's 20-year-old daughter, Ornella. Melrose Place costar Josie Bissett, wrote in the comments section, '❤️❤️❤️Congratulations!!!!!❤️❤️❤️.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Jack was best known for starring on Melrose Place and dating that TV show's star Heather Locklear. Jack and Heather's romance began in 2007 and they got engaged but called it off by November 2011. He was also on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful as Nick Marone. And he has been on General Hospital, Santa Barbara and When Calls the Heart. Jack and Wolf began dating in January 2021. Wolf took the relationship public on social media that same year as she shared a photo of them with the note: 'My man ❤️. Love. ❤️.' In December 2021, she shared a photo of the couple holding hands: 'Birthday party with my ♥️.' Wolf is a singer-songwriter who has written songs and performed on albums for B.B. King, *NSYNC, Sophie B. Hawkins and The Scorpions. Jack is also a singer who has released six albums. Last year Wagner shared that he would 'absolutely entertain' appearing in a Melrose Place reboot. Melrose Place, which originally aired from 1992 to 1999, followed a principal cast of characters living in the same apartment complex in West Hollywood. His TV wife Heather Locklear, who shot to fame with him on the original series in the 1990s, is confirmed to reprising her old role of Amanda. On the series finale of Melrose Place in 1999, Jack's character Peter elopes with Amanda to a tropical beach after they both fake their own deaths. Now, with a revival of the show currently in development, Jack shared that he is open to the possibility of joining Heather in bringing their love story back. 'You never really die on a soap, right? How they unfold those two characters, it'd be fantastic how they sort of tell that story,' he teased to People. 'That was a great finale to be included in, especially with Heather. If I'm asked to come back, I'd absolutely entertain that.' Jack said that he is not scrupulous about keeping in touch with is former co-stars, but when they do run into each other 'It's like you pick up right where you left off. That's what I would describe it as.' He shared: 'It's not like I talk to most of my ex-castmates all the time. But when the occasion happens where we run into each other, it's haven't missed a beat.' He was filled with praise for Heather, waxing rhapsodic about the experience of working with her during the original run of Melrose Place. 'Heather was phenomenal, and I think the way she handled herself, it's sort of just the whole cast followed suit,' said Jack. 'I believe in how actors perform, how they show up, how they're prepared, and it's a tight ship,' said the soap opera veteran, who is also known for such classic series as General Hospital and The Bold And The Beautiful. 'When you have a tight ship, I just believe that you have better performances and that allows audiences to fall in love with the characters and the stories.' Produced by TV titan Aaron Spelling, the series was created by Darren Star, who later also created Beverly Hills, 90210, Sex And The City and Emily In Paris. Jack joined the show in season three as Peter Burns, a stern doctor who conducts a rollercoaster on-off romance with Amanda. Meanwhile Amanda was a principal character on the show from season one onwards, making Heather a household name around America. Melrose Place was first revived for a brief unsuccessful run in 2009, and while Heather returned to the role of Amanda, Jack did not come back as Peter. Now another revival is in development, with Heather slated to return to the fold along with original series alumnae Laura Leighton and Daphne Zuniga. An undisclosed character is reportedly going to die, which will cause other characters from the original series to meet each other again.

EU announces €8 million for post-conflict stability in Lebanon

by Naharnet Newsdesk 14 May 2025, 12:49 The European Union has announced 8 million Euro to support stability, security and peace in Lebanon, following 13 months of conflict. The project will be implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). "The devastating conflict has led to too many civilian casualties. It has caused massive destruction and displacement. It has put a strain on already fragile public institutions, limiting their ability to deliver essential services to the people. Security institutions continue to face many challenges in maintaining stability amid ongoing tensions," the EU Delegation to Lebanon said in a statement. The European Union, in partnership with UNDP and UNODC, is assisting communities affected by conflict and facilitating their return to safe and stable areas. The project will strengthen local initiatives for conflict prevention and peacebuilding. It will enhance the capacity of the Internal Security Forces (ISF) in their delivery of security services. Additionally, the project will support the Lebanon Mine Action Center (LMAC) in managing unexploded ordnance in conflict-affected areas. The contract was signed at the Internal Security Forces headquarters in Beirut, in the presence of ISF Director General Major General Raed Abdallah, Peter Wagner, Director of the EU Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, Sandra De Waele, Ambassador of the European Union to Lebanon, and Blerta Aliko, UNDP Resident Representative in Lebanon. Director of the EU Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, Peter Wagner, said: "The ISF plays a critical role in maintaining public order and safeguarding communities. The European Union's crisis response is aimed at bolstering the Internal Security Forces' capacity at a critical time. At the same time, the work of the Lebanon Mine Action Center to clear landmines and explosive remnants of war remains vital, not only to protect lives, but to enable recovery, development and safe return of displaced families." EU Ambassador to Lebanon, Sandra De Waele, said: "The European Union is proud to continue supporting the vital and essential work of the Internal Security Forces and Lebanon Mine Action Center. This new program reflects our ongoing commitment to Lebanon and its security institutions in promoting peace and stability across the country, at this critical time." UNDP Resident Representative in Lebanon, Blerta Aliko, said, "Lebanon stands at a pivotal moment of recovery. As families return home and communities rebuild, this initiative provides a vital opportunity to strengthen stability and security. By investing in conflict prevention, security services, and explosive ordnance clearance, we are not just addressing immediate risks—we are laying the groundwork for long-term peace and development." The UNODC Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa said: "UNODC remains committed to supporting Lebanon's efforts to enhance prison conditions and promote the dignity and well-being of all prisoners. Drawing on over two decades of collaboration with national authorities and our expertise in criminal justice and prison reform, this project will contribute to reducing tensions, while enhancing rehabilitation and social reintegration, at a time when it is most critically needed."

Seventh Annual ‘Enterprise Tech 30' List Released by Wing Venture Capital, Focusing on AI-Native Applications and Agentic AI

Further insights: 35% of ET30 companies are Horizontal/Vertical Apps, with over half being AI-native SAN FRANCISCO, March 25, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The seventh annual Enterprise Tech 30—identifying the most promising private companies across the enterprise technology spectrum—was announced today by Wing Venture Capital in partnership with Eric Newcomer of Newcomer Media. Wing, an early-stage investor and long-term company builder in B2B technology, continues its tradition of curating this definitive industry list spanning enterprise companies at all stages of maturity. This list and accompanying research are the product of a two-phase process to distill a stack-ranked list of the top venture-backed enterprise tech companies and uncover key insights and trends driving the market. Of the 15,000+ venture-backed enterprise tech companies in consideration, 60 companies have been selected as the enterprise tech leaders, segmented by "stage" as determined by an institutional research process. This year, 103 venture capitalists across 86 firms participated in the ET30 list selection process. The group ranged from solo capitalists and seed-stage firms to buyout funds and hedge funds with venture capital practices. The assets under management (AUMs) for the 86 firms ranged from $50 million to $1 trillion. Below is the Enterprise Tech 30 for 2025, categorized into four stages by total capital raised: Early up to $35M Mid between $35M & $150M Late between $150M & $1B Giga $1B and up Browserbase Modal Labs CrewAI Lovable LlamaIndex XBOW Black Forest Labs Pylon Rogo Distyl Unify Orby AI Mimic Krea Clay Decagon Granola Mercor LangChain HeyGen Linear Braintrust MotherDuck Cartesia Tailscale Stackblitz Superhuman Fireworks AI Baseten Cursor (Anysphere) Glean Figma Perplexity ElevenLabs Chainguard Cribl Abnormal Security Canva Vercel Harvey ClickHouse Flock Safety Cognition Island Databricks OpenAI Wiz Anduril Stripe Anthropic SpaceX Ramp Rippling Scale AI Airtable Arctic Wolf Klarna Shield AI Cohesity "The theme for 2025 is the emergence of AI-native applications," said Peter Wagner, founding partner at Wing Venture Capital and creator of the ET30. "The last two years saw the rise of AI models, tools and infrastructure. With those enablers now firmly established, the time has come for agentic applications. Such companies are well represented in this year's ET30, especially in the early stage category." The research process for uncovering the Enterprise Tech 30 also uncovered insights about the state of enterprise tech, including: 35% of ET30 2025 companies are in Horizontal/Vertical Applications, up from 25% in 2023 and 2024, with over half of these being AI-native. 53% of companies (32 of 60) are returning to the ET30, with four companies (Airtable, Canva, Databricks, Stripe) appearing for all seven consecutive years. 50% of all ET30 companies are AI-native this year, representing a dramatic increase from 0% in 2019. Several companies show impressive mobility between stages, with 3 Giga Top 10 companies (Rippling, Scale, Wiz) graduating from late in 2024 to Giga in 2025. The median time since last financing round was less than one year for all stages, with late stage companies at just 0.6 years (down from 2.0 years in 2024), representing a potential shift to quality among venture capitalists. Many companies have launched or announced agentic components in their products, signaling what Wing calls "The Rise of the Agentic Workforce" across the Enterprise Tech 30.
