Ottawa police investigating after man and woman found dead in south-end home
Ottawa police are investigating after two people were found dead in a south-end home early this morning. Police say officers were called to a home on Pheasant Run Drive in Old Barrhaven at around 1 a.m., where they found the bodies of a man and a woman. Their identities are not being released pending next-of-kin notification. Police say they have launched a homicide investigation, but they are not looking for any suspects and there is no danger to the public. There did not immediately provide further details. 2 people found dead in Barrhaven home
A man and woman were found dead in a Barrhaven home early Tuesday morning, according to Ottawa police. Police said in a news release officers arrived at the home on Pheasant Run Drive around 1 a.m. and found the bodies of a man and a woman. Homicide unit investigators are not looking for any suspects and believe there is no danger to the public, police said. They added they have not been able to contact family and the names of the people involved are not being released for now. The scene is in a residential area near the intersection of Cedarview and Fallowfield roads, about 17 kilometres southwest of Ottawa's core.
