LIDL is selling a nifty gadget that will save you hundreds on buying a new summer wardrobe. With the kids now officially broken up for summer, many families will likely be getting ready to jet off on well-earned breaks. And whilst we all love treating ourselves to a new outfit or two to wear on holiday, with the cost of living crisis continuing to bite, this isn't a feasible option for many. Lidl fabric shaver Landing in Lidl stores next Thursday, July 31, the Philips Fabric Shaver promises to "extend the life of garments and other fabrics". The £7.99 tool revives old clothes by removing pills, fuzz and bobbles, so your outfits look brand new again. Its safe for use on all fabric types, including delicate ones, and has three hole sizes, to tackle all sizes of pills. The large head allows you to work quickly, meaning you can get through your entire wardrobe in just one sitting. Plus, it comes with a removable lint container, making it super easy to empty and clean. The bargain buy will be located in the Middle Aisle of your local Lidl, alongside a whole host of other bargain gadgets and seasonal products. Lidl drops new Middle Aisle products every Thursday and Sunday, however, they are only available while stocks last, so you better be quick. More Middle Aisle bargains From today, July 24, a huge range of kitchen gadgets have arrived in Lidl stores. That includes a dupe for the Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drink Maker. The slushy maker can blend ice so that it is either fine or coarse, allowing you to customise your drinks. It also comes with a 1.1 litre blending capacity which means it is perfect for making many drinks at once. The discounter's take on the device will cost £19.99 for Lidl Plus members or £24.99 for those not signed up for the free loyalty scheme. The pricey branded version costs £350, so you can save up to £330 if you manage to get your hands on Lidl's version. Why do Aldi and Lidl have such fast checkouts IF you've ever shopped in Aldi or Lidl then you'll probably have experienced its ultra-fast checkout staff. Aldi's speedy reputation is no mistake, in fact, the supermarket claims that its tills are 40 per cent quicker than rivals. It's all part of Aldi's plan to be as efficient as possible - and this, the budget shop claims, helps keep costs low for shoppers. Efficient barcodes on packaging means staff are able to scan items as quickly as possible, with the majority of products having multiple barcodes to speed up the process. Its Salter 9L VertiCook View Air Fryer comes with two trays that can hold 4.5L worth of food each and costs £79.99. The branded version currently costs £199.99 down from £229.99 on the official Ninja website. The German discounter has also launched the Parkside Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, which is £160 cheaper than Screwfix's version, Its multi-functionality allows it to be used in your house, garage or warehouse as it comes with a wide range of accessories and nozzles. It is ideal for use as a dust extractor when sawing or sanding as it picks up finer dust particles. The vacuum can also take care of your gardening needs as it has a blower mode which will come in handy in Autumn when the leaves start falling.
