And while some sources have given a few different reasons for the feud, either with parents David and Victoria Beckham, or younger brother Romeo Beckham, a feud is decidedly brewing. Ree Drummond Shares 'Game Changer' Secrets to 50-Lb Weight Loss
Over the last several years, Pioneer Woman has dropped over 50 pounds—and, more importantly, improved her health—and now, she's sharing some of her weight-loss secrets with her fans. The Food Network star took to her personal blog recently to reflect on her journey since 2021, revealing that she's decided to "jump back into" the lifestyle she found worked for her back when she was first focusing on losing weight after her weight fluctuated a bit in the time since she stopped—though, this time around, she's not in "quite as high a gear." While the television personality previously focused on weighing her food and counting calories, she's eyeballing her portion sizes this time around, with an emphasis on "eating more protein and keeping it a higher percentage of my calories." In addition to the importance of protein, she "can't emphasize enough how important it is to build muscle," working out with lunges, squats, deadlifts, and floor exercises with ankle weights. Combined, she calls the two a "game changer." Also different this time around is her alcohol consumption. She previously cut it out altogether for several months, whereas now, she'll "generally have a little white wine then top off the glass with cold Topo Chico sparkling water, so it's kind of a wine spritzer type of thing." Finally, she recommends the app called Happy Scale. "During the year I was gaining weight, I didn't use it very often," she admitted. "I'm using it again and forget how helpful it is!" Overall, she's "feeling better and better all the time," and hopes, just as with her original weight-loss blog post, that it helps anyone who needs it. 'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond's daughter Paige marries David Andersen
The couple tied the knot in a beautiful Oklahoma ceremony on May 17. 3:51 Ree Drummond is officially welcoming another son-in-law into the family. The "Pioneer Woman" star announced on her website that her daughter, Paige Drummond, whom she shares with husband Ladd Drummond, married her fiancé, David Andersen, on Saturday in Oklahoma. Ree Drummond offered a glimpse of the joyful day through Instagram stories and her blog, sharing sweet moments from the celebration including Paige and her maid of honor, Anna, checking the seating before the ceremony, getting ready with bridesmaids and scenes from the rehearsal dinner with family. Ree Drummond also showed off her own look for the big day, wearing a lovely purple gown with puff sleeves. The ceremony took place in a lush, green field, the same spot where her eldest daughter, Alex Drummond Scott, married Mauricio Scott. Fittingly, Alex Drummond Scott served as the matron of honor at her sister's wedding. "Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day!" Ree Drummond wrote in her blog about her daughter's big day.
