The certification process includes an anonymous survey completed by employees and a comprehensive evaluation of organisational practices. This ensures that the recognition is based on genuine employee experiences, providing both job seekers and stakeholders with a credible indicator of an exceptional work environment. Dr Salem Al-Naemi, president of UDST, celebrated the achievement, stating: 'Earning this prestigious recognition for the third consecutive year is a testament to the passion and dedication of our faculty, staff, and interns.
