Infinix launches Hot 60i 5G with Dimensity 6400 and 120 Hz display, starting at Rs 9,2999
Infinix has introduced a new model to its Hot series, the Hot 60i 5G. The latest affordable mid-segment smartphone from the brand has a few interesting features.
The Infinix Hot 60i 5G with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 9,299 in India. The phone can be purchased for just Rs 8,999 using bank offers.
The smartphone will be sold via Flipkart and at a few retail locations on August 21. It will be available in four colour variations: Plum Red, Monsoon Green, Sleek Black, and Shadow Blue.
The Hot 60i 5G gets an IP64 rating that protects it from dust and water and TÜV certification, ensuring five years of lag-free experience. Infinix's latest smartphone sports a 6.75-inch HD+ screen with 720×1600 pixel resolution. In addition, the gadget has a 20:9 aspect ratio, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3 per cent, a peak brightness of 670 nits, a 120 Hz screen refresh rate, and a touch sampling rate of up to 240 Hz.
The MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor powers the smartphone. In addition, it has 128GB of storage and 4GB of RAM. A microSD card can be used to increase the memory up to 2TB. The gadget is powered by the company's proprietary XOS 5.1 and Android 15.
The Infinix model is loaded with a 50-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.6 aperture and phase detection autofocus, or PDAF. It also features a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture. The model packs a 6,000 mAh battery with 1,600 charging cycles, reverse wired charging, 128 hours of music playback, 41.2 hours of continuous calling and supports 18W fast charging

In terms of connectivity, the phone supports 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, a 3.5 mm audio jack, an IR blaster, and a USB Type-C port. The phone measures 167.64 x 77.67 x 8.14 mm and weighs 199 grams.
Interestingly, the brand claims that the Hot 60i 5G comes equipped with some interesting AI features, including Circle to Search, AI Call Translation, AI Summarisation, AI Writing Assistant, AI Eraser for photo editing, and AI Wallpaper Generator. Besides, it has a Folax voice assistant that offers hands-free functions and personalised responses.
