Letters from readers: Writing books, love for football and the school orchestra

I would include pop-up pictures to enhance the fun atmosphere. I would turn it into a diary entry to entertain myself and my readers. Here's a sneak peek at my story. 'There was a girl named Jasmine. She was 12 years old. She had a pet husky named Jasa with big blue and green eyes, cloudlike fur and long eyelashes. She had an adorable howl.' That is all I'm going to give you. You will have to wait for the book to be released. Claret So attends Pooi To Primary School. Photo: Handout Ashley Wan Yu-ching (aged 9), Chan's Creative School I am a supporter of the Aston Villa football club. In May, I went to the Hong Kong Soccer Sevens with my family to support the Villa youth team. The weather was very hot, but I was happy to support the team in person. Even though they didn't win the trophy this time, I was so excited to get photos with all the players. Ashley Wan Yu-ching attends Chan's Creative School. I had the opportunity to visit other schools, play beautiful music and meet new people. It even gave me a chance to tell my mum that I wasn't so bad at the violin after all. The orchestra has motivated me to join a professional orchestra in the future. I've decided that I want to be a member of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. I hope you can also participate in activities that you enjoy, such as choir, baking, the student council and the school newspaper. Chloe Poon Hoi-ching attends Kowloon Junior School. Photo: Handout
