Brothers Bobby and Myki Stackleather are the owners of the friendly, downtown-chic restaurant Post in New York's East Village. But as vegans for eight years, they use surprising words like 'buttery' and 'sausage' when they talk about their culinary inspirations.
'I remember as a kid watching Julia Child pressing a duck,' says Myki, who takes care of Post's front-of-house operations. 'The heavy butter and the fat—it was so wonderfully rich and decadent.'
