Young Hockey Stars Shine at NWU Prestige Tournament
Potchefstroom recently played host to the NWU Primary Schools Prestige Hockey Tournament, where top U13 hockey teams from across the province gathered to compete.
The event took place at North-West University's astro turf, bringing together schools, families, and coaches in a day filled with exciting matches and spirited support. The tournament aims to promote youth participation in sport and encourage development from a young age.
Potchefstroom Central School confirmed that their U13 A boys' and girls' teams were selected to participate in a proud moment for the school and the local community. Their involvement reflected the hard work and dedication shown throughout the season.
