Rishab Shetty visits temple with wife Pragathi and kids Ranvit, Raadya

The actor-director was seen offering prayers and spending quality time at the spiritual place. In the pictures, the 'Kantara' star is seen in a white shirt and dhoti outfit. On the other hand, his wife and kids were seen twining, wearing maroon coloured traditional attire. Currently, the filmmaker is working on his upcoming film, 'Kantara: Chapter 1', which is the highly anticipated prequel to the 2022 Kannada blockbuster 'Kantara'. The film is expected to be set during the reign of the Kadambas of Banavasi, and it explores the origins of the mystical and cultural elements that made the original film a phenomenon. The film's production involved grand war sequences choreographed by national and international experts, shot on a sprawling 25-acre set in Karnataka's mountains, with nearly 3,000 cast and crew members involved. Rishab Shetty underwent extensive training in horse riding, Kalaripayattu, and sword fighting to bring authenticity to his role. The film is set to release worldwide on October 2, 2025, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti, and will be available in multiple languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, and English. The music of the film is composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath. Speaking of his other projects, the actor-director will also be seen in the mythological epic 'Jai Hanuman', directed by 'Hanu Man' fame Prashant Varma. Additionally, he will star in 'The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj,' a grand historical drama.
