From once weighing 150 kilos to losing 90 kgs, woman shares her shocking weight loss secrets that transformed her life
5 non-negotiable food habits that worked for her From weighing 150 kilos to shedding 90, Pranjal Pandey's transformation has been nothing short of inspiring. The health influencer, who now uses her social media to motivate others, says her journey wasn't built on shortcuts or extreme diets but on small, consistent habits. In a recent Instagram post, Pranjal shared the food strategies, mindset shifts, and lifestyle rules that helped her not just lose the weight but also keep it admitted that weight loss can feel overwhelming, especially when cravings strike. 'Weight loss is pretty hard. It's mainly about controlling your food intake. But that becomes pretty hard when all you want are foods that will derail your progress,' she wrote. Her breakthrough came when she stopped treating cravings as emergencies. Instead of giving in right away, she started planning them into her meals for the next day. By budgeting calories and building her food plan around what she enjoyed, she learned how to eat chocolate cake or other indulgences without guilt. 'Not restricting any food mentally takes all of its power away. If I want it, I'll have it. I'm not bad for having something,' she also stressed the importance of distinguishing cravings from habits. Many times, what feels like a craving is actually boredom or routine eating, which, according to Pranjal, needs nothing but self-control to overcome. Her mantra: all foods fit, as long as you're mindful and handling cravings, Pranjal swears by five non-negotiable habits that keep her on track even today. First, she follows the 80/20 rule—eating what her body needs 80% of the time while enjoying what she wants the other 20%. Second, she makes hydration a priority, drinking 3-4 litres of water daily, often with electrolytes or coconut water. Third, she practices daily movement, which doesn't always mean heavy gym sessions. 'Just stretching, light yoga, or slow walks on your rest days also count!' she explained. Fourth, she makes sleep a priority, aiming for 6-8 hours each night. And lastly, she credits regular walking—7,000 to 10,000 steps a day—as one of the simplest yet most powerful tools in her weight loss journey 'Make sure you eat a balanced diet. That eliminates a lot of cravings,' Pranjal reminded her followers, while also cautioning against eating out of habit. For her, the transformation has been more about sustainability than sacrifice—a lifestyle she hopes others can take inspiration from.

UK's Stranded Fighter Jet Is Now A Keralite: ‘F-35B Nair Is Urged To Link Pan With Aadhaar'
Last Updated: F-35 made an emergency landing at Thiruvananthapuram airport on June 14. The British Royal Navy's F-35 fighter jet, currently stranded in Kerala for around 20 days, has turned out to be a full-blown meme template. The aircraft has taken over social media, with users creating hilarious dubbed dialogue edits and funny videos of the fighter jet. Amid this, a particular viral post imagining the F-35 as an Indian citizen, complete with a digitally-generated Aadhaar card that has its photo, has won the internet. The identity card shows the aircraft's name to be 'F-35B Nair." The date of birth is mentioned as June 14, the same as the day it made an emergency landing at Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram Airport. F-35B Nair Continuing the streak of memes, another user shared a picture of the fighter jet's newly issued PAN card. The side note read, 'F-35B Nair got its PAN card. Now it's time to link it with Aadhaar as per Govt. rules." See the post here: F-35B Nair got its PAN card. Now it's time to link it with Aadhaar as per Govt. rules. — Pranjal Pandey (@Me_ppranjal) July 3, 2025 Earlier this week, Kerala Tourism also joined the F-35 meme fest with a post of its own. They shared the fighter jet's review of its stay in Kerala, which read, 'Kerala is such an amazing place. I don't want to leave. Definitely recommend," followed by a five-star rating. The caption read, 'Kerala, the destination you'll never want to leave. Thank you, The Fauxy." The F-35B fighter jet, which was part of the HMS Prince of Wales Carrier Strike Group, encountered technical issues due to bad weather and low fuel while operating 100 nautical miles off Kerala's coast. This forced the aircraft to make an emergency landing in Thiruvananthapuram, where the Indian Air Force provided crucial assistance with refuelling and logistics. Despite multiple attempts to repair the jet, it seems unlikely that it will be able to fly back to the UK under its power. Instead, the British Royal Navy is planning to transport the F-35 back home on a heavy-lift cargo aircraft after partially disassembling it. To facilitate the recovery operation, a team of 40 technical specialists from the UK, along with a tow vehicle, is scheduled to arrive in Thiruvananthapuram on July 5.

Woman who dropped 90 kilos, shares 3 mistakes that slowed down her weight loss: 'Not focusing on nutrition'
Pranjal Pandey underwent a remarkable weight transformation, shedding 90 kilos. She regularly shares glimpses of her journey on Instagram, offering insights into her diet, workout routines, and the lessons she's learned along the way. Through her posts, Pranjal aims to inspire and motivate others to embark on their own weight loss journeys. On June 10, Pranjal shared a post and noted down the mistakes she did during her weight loss journey and wished that she knew better. '3 things I'd do differently if I had to lose 90 kg again,' wrote Pranjal. A post shared by Pranjal Pandey (@transformwithpranjal) 'At the beginning, I just focused on eating less. I'd go hungry most of the day then binge eat 1200kcal worth of junk or simply eat chemicals if they meant lower calories. Focusing on whole, nutrient dense foods is the key to staying full for longer. Eat the appropriate amount of protein, carbs and fibre within your calorie budget,' wrote Pranjal. 'Biggest regret. I lost my first 20-30 kg just by eating less. And when I started exercising, I focused more on cardio. But strength training is so important. You can even do it sitting down,' wrote Pranjal. Strength training is one of the foundation blocks of weight loss. It helps in fat loss and muscle building. 'I fell off track too many times to count. And it's only natural for us to get tired. But getting back in track is necessary. And having systems in place that help you do exactly that is so important. I did not have that in the beginning and after every off day/week/month I'd be all clueless about how to get back in track. Forgetting everything about what I used to do, how I used to eat,' Pranjal added.
