Golfers tee off for brighter future
The BESA Leadership Academy Golf Day 2025 recently took place at the Eye of Africa golf course, starting with a 10:00 shotgun start. It was a day of fun, camaraderie and fundraising.
Upon arrival, a welcome table offering various items greeted player, making their day even better. Once the golfing began, the players hopped into their carts and made their way to the first hole.
There were some bunker mishaps and water hazards, but the main goal was to have fun, regardless of the scorecard.
'From there, it was every man for himself until the ball hit the hole. This format encouraged teamwork, strategy and friendly competition.'
'Your support helped raise valuable funds for the academy,' expressed Preddy.
'As a small, family-owned institution, the BESA Leadership Academy values each of its learners, and this event wouldn't have been possible without the support of our families. We look forward to more successful Golf Days in the future,' said Preddy.
