Graas.ai raises $9 million to expand AI agent platform Agent Foundry
a platform that provides artificial intelligence (AI)-based analytics solutions for e-commerce businesses, announced on Monday that it had raised $9 million in a pre-Series B funding round. The round was led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, and existing investors Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures. The company plans to use the investment to expand Agent Foundry in India. This is its platform for building agents that address challenges in modern commerce, including rising customer acquisition costs, pricing optimisation, margin erosion, and inventory mismanagement, the company said in a statement. It added that Agent Foundry can independently analyse real-time performance across sales channels, stock-keeping units (SKUs), and advertising campaigns, then execute decisions for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace brands. The agents cater to distinct business needs. For instance, Hoppr serves as an in-house analyst for performance analysis; Chattr functions as a customer support agent; Extract delivers cleaned data into Google Sheets or databases for data engineers; Cartlyst operates as a business-to-business order specialist; and Turbo brings together sales, advertising, inventory, and operations data in one unified view. Domain experts then fine-tune the behaviour of these agents. Prem Bhatia, co-founder and chief executive officer of said, 'Commerce does not need another AI copilot or prettier dashboard. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Singapore, the AI-native data and automation company primarily serves e-commerce businesses. The data show that the company has so far processed over $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) and provides services to over 2,000 brands, operating in seven countries in India and Southeast Asia.

Ecommerce tech startup Graas AI raises $9 million from Tin Men Capital, others
Graas AI, a Singapore-based ecommerce technology company founded in 2022, has raised $9 million in a funding round led by venture capital fund Tin Men Capital. Other investors participating in the round include Incred Wealth, Orzon, Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand Agent Foundry, Graas' platform for building autonomous agents. The agents are designed to solve operational challenges such as customer acquisition costs, pricing, margin management, and inventory optimisation for commerce brands in India and Southeast Asia. Graas AI offers agents such as "Chattr", a customer support tool powered by natural language processing, and "Extract", a solution for data engineers to deliver cleaned data directly into databases or Google Sheets. The company claims that its multi-agent framework enables autonomous performance analysis and decision-making for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace brands. Graas runs under its holding company Solv and was cofounded by Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri. The company said it supports over 2,000 brands, has processed more than $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV), and operates across seven countries in the Bhatia highlighted the startup's focus on actionable agents rather than traditional dashboards. Indore-rooted investors in UAE show strong interest in MP projects
Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav received a rousing reception from the Indian diaspora in Dubai on Sunday, with a group of prominent entrepreneurs, many with roots in Indore, expressing strong interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh. The Indori International Business Network (IIBN) organised a special event, which saw the participation of over 25 CEOs and more than 15 prominent entrepreneurs who expressed keen interest in investing in MP, and shared specific proposals, stated an official statement issued here on Sunday evening. IIBN is a licensed and well-established community of over 750 members in the UAE, comprising professionals from various fields including business, medicine, engineering, banking and education.
