Ariana Grande's big brother Frankie defiantly insists he's NOT jealous of her superstardom as he leaves Ranvir Singh stunned with striking look

Ariana Grande 's big brother Frankie defiantly insisted that he's not jealous of her superstardom as he left Ranvir Singh stunned with striking look on Friday's episode of Lorraine. The 42 year old appeared on the ITV show to chat to the step-in host, 47, about his brand new album Hotel Rock Bottom, as well as co-hosting Pride in London with Chaka Khan. But chat soon turned to his sister Ariana, 32, who recently took on the role of Glinda in blockbuster musical Wicked. Ranvir said: 'I know you adore each other. You're 10 years older than Ariana, you've got millions of followers yourself. 'You've been on Broadway, you've got all of this going on, you're one of those people who never seem to worry about that kind of comparison...' Frankie said: 'It is true, listen, I remember when I was on Big Brother, they said Frankie, one of the 'zings' that I got for being on the show... '"I'm surprised you're so tan when you're always standing in your sister's shadow". 'It's a joke, but I do understand my sister is such an unbelievable mega star, I'm so proud of her, because I helped raised her. 'I was there for all of that. I got to be part of her story, from the very, very beginning, to now. 'To think of jealousy when it comes to her is a ridiculous emotion. Its never been a thing. I love her soul wholeheartedly. 'lt is such a two-way street between the two of us. If she's the sun, then great, I'll be Jupiter, do you know what I am saying? 'It's great. I am so thrilled for her at all times.' Ariana shot to fame in the early 2000s and has gone on to become one of the world's biggest popstars, with seven albums and nine number one singles. She started off her career as Cat Valentine in Nickelodeon's Victorious, followed by another one of their shows, Sam & Cat. Ariana has also appeared in Windle, Underdogs, Hairspray Live! Don't Look Up and most recently, Wicked. Her albums include Yours Truly, My Everything, Dangerous Woman, Sweetener, Thank U, Next, Positions and Eternal Sunshine. The star has gone on to release her own beauty and fragrance lines too. At the start of the interview, Ranvir was left amazed by his outfit. Welcoming him to the studio, Ranvir said: 'Frankie Grande joins me now in a very demure outfit. 'Can we have a look at the full glory!' The star then stood up and gave her a spin to show off his Uni Jack jacket and matching trousers. Ranvir pointed out: 'It's very Geri Halliwell back in the day with the Spice Girls.' He confessed that he loves The Spice Girls, adding: 'I thought I'd honor where I am now.' Ranvir then pointed out that his story has had 'dark moments', including his addiction - and that is explored in his new album. Frankie said: 'When I started to write, it's interesting writing at 42 years old, you have ground to cover, if you go chronologically through the album, it starts in my messy party days. 'The song Messy is a true thing, where I was like "I just want to go to the club", I don't want to look pretty, I want to be a mess, that's my goal for the evening. 'Then you have Hotel Rock Bottom, which was in London, after the One Love Manchester concert, I had to make a choice to check out of this hotel or check out of life. I checked out of the hotel and I went to rehab. 'It being the title track is beautiful and poignant and necessary. 'Nothing in my life, including the rest of the album, I wouldn't be sitting with you today, today wouldn't have been possible, had I not hit my rock bottom and catapulted myself from that position like a trampoline. 'The rest of the album is sobriety, and husband and puppy and dog and life.'
