Vivo unveils T4 Lite 5G powered by Dimensity 6300, price starts at Rs 9,999
Vivo has announced its most affordable 5G smartphone in India. The all-new T4 Lite 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6300 5G processor that is claimed to offer seamless daily performance. The device sports a sleek design with a frame that is inspired by a liquid metal texture and is offered in Titanium Gold and Prism Blue colourways. The T4 Lite 5G will go on sale from July 2, and it can be purchased via Flipkart, Vivo India e-store, and Vivo retail outlets across India. The phone comes in three storage configurations: 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. While the 4GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 9,999, the 6GB and 8GB come at Rs 10,999 and Rs 12,999, respectively. The latest Vivo smartphone also packs a 50MP Sony AI camera and a 2MP bokeh lens, offering an array of options for avid photographers. The phone also boasts some smart AI camera tools such as AI Erase, Photo Enhance, and Document Mode, making photo editing effortless. Besides, the Document Mode can come in handy to digitise physical documents. Talking about the newly launched T4 Lite 5G, Vivo India's chief business officer of online business, Pankaj Gandhi, said, 'It is smart, reliable, and packed with meaningful innovation – from battery life to camera performance to design – all at a price that makes it accessible.' When it comes to battery life, the T4 Lite features a 6,000 mAh battery with a five-year battery health. According to Vivo's internal testing, at full charge, the phone's battery allows for 70 hours of music playback, over nine hours of nonstop gaming, and over 22 hours of video streaming. On the other hand, the phone features a display with brightness going up to 1,000 nits, allowing legibility even on a bright sunny day. The phone is IP64 dust and water resistant. The T4 Lite 5G runs on the latest FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15. With the phone, Vivo also offers two years of operating system updates along with three years of security patches. Vivo T4 Lite 5G is here. Vivo has launched its most-affordable 5G smartphone — Vivo T4 Lite 5G in India. The smartphone houses a 6000 mAh battery which comes with 5-year battery health. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek chipset and 50MP main camera. 'With the T4 Lite 5G, we are giving India's young consumers a phone that works as hard as they do. Vivo T4 Lite 5G: Price and availability Vivo T4 Lite 5G comes in three variants — 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB priced at Rs 9,999, Rs 10,999 and Rs 12,999 respectively. The smartphone comes in Prism Blue and Titanium Gold colour options. The smartphone will go on sale on July 2 on Flipkart and Vivo India online store and offline on authorised stores in the country. As part of the launch offer, the company is giving instant discount of Rs 500 on HDFC Bank, SBI and Axis Bank cards. Vivo T4 Lite 5G: Specifications Vivo T4 Lite 5G comes with 6.74-inch HD+ display with 720x1600 pixel resolution. The display offers up to 90Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits of peak brightness levels. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM. Vivo Lite T4 5G comes in two storage options — 128GB and 256GB. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 15 operating system topped with company's own layer of FunTouchOS 15. The company has announced that the smartphone will receive 2 years of OS update and 3 years of security patch update. The company claims that the affordable 5G smartphone has passed five rigorous environmental tests under U.S. Military Standard MIL-STD-810H5, including resistance to extreme temperatures, rain, dust, and shock, ensuring robust durability. It also comes with IP65 rating which makes it resistant to dust and water. Vivo T4 Lite 5G houses a dual rear camera which includes a 50MP main camera with Sony sensor, f/1.8 aperture and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. Vivo T4 Lite 5G comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 6000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
