968 passed July 2025 Real Estate Appraisers licensure exam
At least 968 out of 1,356 successfully hurdled the July 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The exam was administered by the Board of Real Estate Service in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban early this month. The members of the Board of Real Estate Service are Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; and members Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag. The topnotcher was Richard Anthony Kepis Relata from Lyceum of Alabang (formerly NCST), who gained a percentage rating of 92.50. USC grad tops July 2025 licensure exam for Interior Designers
A graduate from the University of San Carlos has gained the highest score in the July 2025 Licensure Examination for Interior Designers, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced. Jan Marie Pepito Trocino gained a percentage rating of 89.70, the highest among 226 who passed the examination. There are five USC graduates who made it to the Top Ten list. USC is also among the top performing schools with 10 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage. The two other schools are: University of the Philippines-Diliman and La Consolacion College-Bacolod City. — BAP, GMA Integrated News

6 pass CPA special professional license exam
Six test takers passed the special professional licensure examination (SPLE) for certified public accountants given last month, the Professional Regulation Commission said. According to the PRC, six out of 62 test takers passed the SPLE, given by the Board of Accountancy at test centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore; and Taipei, Taiwan in June. SPLE results: 3 passers for X-ray technologists exam, 2 for chemical technicians exam
Three test takers passed the special professional licensure examination (SPLE) for radiologic technologists, while two passed the SPLE for chemical technicians, the Professional Regulation Commission said. According to the PRC, three out of 38 passed the SPLE for X-ray technologists, given by the Board of Radiologic Technology at test centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al- Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore and Taipei, Taiwan in June. 8 pass sanitary engineers SPLE, 288 pass pro mechanical engineers evaluation
All eight test takers passed the special professional licensure examination (SPLE) for sanitary engineers given in June, while 288 passed the technical evaluation for upgrading to professional mechanical engineers. According to the Professional Regulation Commission, all eight examinees passed the sanitary engineers SPLE, given by the Board for Sanitary Engineering in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates in June.
