Minister Kondapalli urges entrepreneurs to be part of A.P. govt.'s P-4 programme
VIZIANAGARAM:
Minister for Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) and NRI Affairs Kondapalli Srinivas on Monday (August 11, 2025), urged all the entrepreneurs and affluent families to be part of Andhra Pradesh government's unique programme Public-Private-People-Partnership (P4) to eradicate poverty permanently in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to The Hindu here, he said that nearly 20 lakh marginalised families would be covered under the programme and they would be called as golden families under the programme.
'The rich people can adopt a few families and take care of their welfare in all aspects under the P4 programme'' he said. Mr. Srinivas said that the financial assistance and proper care about studies and career of the children of selected families would ensure desired change in the society.
Mr. Srinivas said that the Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu's innovative programmes such as Janma Bhoomi and P4 had caught the attention of the nation since they promoted individual social responsibility. 'The department will hold meetings for the entrepreneurs and others to promote the P4 concept to achieve 20 lakh golden families goal very soon,' he added.
