Qassam announces ambush on 'Israeli' forces in Rafah
Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced a series of attacks on 'Israeli' forces in the eastern part of Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip, on Tuesday, as part of their ongoing campaign dubbed 'Gates of Hell.' In a statement, the group said its fighters successfully lured a 10-member 'Israeli' ground force—accompanied by two military dogs—into a pre-planned ambush near the al-Mashru junction. The ambush site had been rigged with multiple explosive devices which were detonated upon the unit's arrival, resulting in a number of 'Israeli' casualties. The group added that they observed 'Israeli' helicopters landing in the area to evacuate the wounded. Clashes reportedly continued in the vicinity at the time of the announcement. In a separate but simultaneous operation, Qassam fighters said they targeted an 'Israeli' force sheltering inside a house near the same junction with two TBG anti-armor shells. The fighters claimed they inflicted additional casualties before storming the house and engaging in close-quarter combat, killing the remaining 'Israeli' soldiers using light weapons.

Qassam Brigades announce ambush of six 'Israeli' soldiers in Rafah
Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, released a statement today, Sunday, detailing a series of successful operations against 'Israeli' forces in Gaza on Saturday. The operation began with a complex ambush targeting an 'Israeli' engineering unit. Qassam fighters reportedly lured the unit to a previously planted explosive tunnel, where they engaged in close-quarters combat, killing several 'Israeli' soldiers. They then detonated the tunnel, causing casualties among the soldiers, both dead and wounded. After the tunnel explosion, Qassam fighters advanced and targeted two 'Israeli' tanks with "Yassin 105" missiles. They claim to have observed 'Israeli' forces recovering the bodies of the deceased and evacuating the wounded from the area near the al-Zahraa Mosque in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Qassam ambushes 'Israeli' troops in first attack since ceasefire broke
Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, announced that its fighters detonated an explosive device targeting an 'Israeli' special forces unit east of Rafah, in the Abu al-Rous area of southern Gaza. According to the group, the 'Israeli' unit had infiltrated the area when the pre-rigged house was detonated, causing multiple casualties among the soldiers, including both dead and wounded. This marks the first ambush carried out by Qassam fighters since the resumption of 'Israel's' military assault on Gaza on March 18, following the collapse of a temporary ceasefire.

After 41 days, Israeli still violates ceasefire
Gaza - Saba: The Israeli occupation forces continued their violations of the ceasefire file in its first phase, as those forces renewed their shooting along the Philadelphi axis on the border with Egypt. Palestinian media reported the martyrdom of citizen Raad Nidal Al-Amwasi, 18 years old, on Friday afternoon as a result of shelling from an Israeli drone in the center of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. The media added that the warships also fired their machine guns towards the shores of the southern Gaza Strip on Saturday morning. The occupation soldiers also fired several times on the eastern border of the city of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip. Palestinians bid farewell to four Qassam Brigades fighters in Khan Younis whose bodies were found earlier. Also, the people of the beach bid farewell to three Qassam fighters who were pulled out from under the rubble. In a related context, there is widespread anticipation for the end of the first phase, which the Israeli enemy is trying to extend, while Hamas insists on entering the second phase after the occupation implements the withdrawal from the Philadelphi corridor as stipulated in the agreement. Intensive negotiations are being held in the Egyptian capital to reach an agreement. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
