Join Fujifilm's photo walk through Bangkok's historic neighbourhoods

Photography enthusiasts of all levels are invited to discover new perspectives at three iconic Bangkok neighbourhoods during Fujikina Bangkok 2025, which will take place on Aug 2 and 3 from 10am to 6pm. Held under the theme "The Redefined Classic" by Fujifilm (Thailand), this is a major touch and try event offering a photo walk with top photographers across Song Wat, Charoen Krung and Talad Noi -- each rich in character and storytelling. At each location, participants will get exclusive hands-on experience with X-E5, Fujifilm's latest mirrorless digital camera that blends timeless design with cutting-edge technology. Set to deliver tips and techniques for using the X-E5 in various scenarios and photography styles will be professional photographers including Fee Ekkarat, Pang Nitchai and Amp Puttipong. They will be sharing exclusive insights on composition, camera modes and creative approaches to capturing the character of these historic neighbourhoods with the X-E5. Each site will also feature a curated photo gallery and demonstration videos designed to inspire new perspectives and storytelling through photography. Participants who visit at least two locations will receive exclusive limited-edition souvenirs, while those who complete all three will take home either a QuickSnap disposable film camera or a special Fujifilm bag of their choice. The check-in spots include Tungchae Art Space, a new café nestled in the nostalgic streets of Song Wat Road; FotoClub, a historic film lab in the Charoen Krung area that has long been a haven for analogue photography lovers; and Wongwaiwit, a vibrant community space in Talad Noi. Participants can join the experience by bringing their favourite Fujifilm camera, with a daily capacity of up to 60 people per day. Alongside hands-on sessions with the new X-E5 and expert-led technique workshops, all participants will receive an exclusive Fujifilm souvenir.

Patriots' David Andrews wipes away tears during NFL retirement speech in emotional scene

Former Patriots center David Andrews bid an emotional farewell Monday to the sport and team he loved. The two-time Super Bowl champion wiped away tears while speaking at his retirement ceremony at Gillette Stadium after calling it a career last week at the age of 32. 'I wrote this down, so I'm going to try to get through it,' Andrews began before pausing to collect himself. '… When I knew this day was coming, I was thinking about what I wanted to say. As you can see, there's a lot of emotions. The one that kept sticking out to me was gratitude.' 5 David Andrews was overcome with emotion during his retirement ceremony on June 2, 2025. Named the starting center for the Patriots in his rookie season, Andrews became a leader in the locker room upon being elected team captain for eight seasons. 'You're a little shocked by it,' Andrews said on his 'Quick Snap' podcast. 'But … I've been so blessed. I've had 10 years and never got fired. I was living a pipe dream that I would hopefully make the decision myself.' Although Andrews could have worked out for another team after his release, he stated it was never an option for him. 5 David Andrews was overcome with emotion while at the podium on June 2, 2025. I wanted to finish it here, and I did.' Andrews, who hails from Johns Creek, Ga. and began playing football at the age of 6-years-old, started 121 games for the Patriots. During Monday's ceremony, Patriots owner Robert Kraft spoke about Andrew's early impact as a member of the team. '(Andrews was) just a young man with a big heart, a relentless work ethic, and a love for the game,' Kraft said. 'From day one, it was clear that David was different.' The Patriots are starting a new era under former linebacker-turned-head coach Mike Vrabel, who took over for a fellow New England alum, Jerod Mayo, after a disastrous 4-13 campaign last season.

Longtime Patriots center David Andrews retiring from NFL after ‘shocking' release

He was one of the final two players on the Patriots' roster who was a part of their dynasty. Then, jarringly, he was cut loose. And now, he's calling it quits. David Andrews, the former Patriots center who won two Super Bowls snapping the ball to Tom Brady, is retiring from the NFL, New England announced Wednesday. The 32-year-old will hold a press conference Monday to give his farewell remarks. 4 Patriots center David Andrews holds the Lombardi Trophy after Super Bowl LIII on Feb. 3, 2019. 'You're a little shocked by it,' Andrews said at the time. 'But … I've been so blessed. I've had 10 years and never got fired. I was living a pipe dream that I would hopefully make the decision myself. What did Bill [Belichick] say? 'There's a light at the end of the tunnel, and you're hoping it's not a train.' I was hoping it wasn't a train, and it was a train. 'But like I said, I respect their decision.' 4 David Andrews (l.) with his wife Mackenzie (r.) before Tom Brady's Patriots Hall of Fame induction on June 12, 2024. Andrews, who signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia in 2015, started in 121 of his 124 appearances with the team and became a captain. He missed the entire 2019 season due to blood clots in his lungs. After Andrews' release, the only player left on the Patriots' roster who had won a Super Bowl with the team was long snapper Joe Cardona, and he was later released after the NFL draft. Cardona was signed by the Dolphins earlier this month.
